So my mates have all but confirmed they won't be going. I was booked for next Thursday and have free cancellation until 25th.
They are looking at a holiday elsewhere but as the government is working on anyone with over 20 cases per 100k being put on the naughty list, most holiday destinations are gonna be close on whether they go over from my latest check.
I just don't want to cancel this holiday only for them to pull out of a new one if we have to quarantine?‍♂️. I'm not very keen on going to Ibiza alone as there aren't gonna be many people there but i'd probably take it just to get away this summer.

Have you considered Rhyl or Abergele?

Was thinking to cancel my trip as i know best mates are not in ibz, one italian spotlight just message me yesterday his Ryanair flight was cancelled, so he wont make it
Better be in Ibiza than Paris for sure ,more to escape from office days as there are still lively outdoors aera events here in Paris

Just try to keep busy along my trip but i need a car, i cant stay around the pool And in San an when on ibz holidays
The day without car(Kumharas parking car locked) along ibz 2020, i felt bad And went home around midnight
If in ibz this week,i got many parisians contacts there, many solo girls/people willing to meet too without WhatsApp group

What ill do in ibz If back september
Cala Vadella sunset (need a car)
Jockey club to see djs i follow (need a car)
French El bistro de stephan restaurant in San An
Petunia restaurant visit? (Need a car)
Ibz rocks hotel Musicana?
...
With random people ,see what happened with the flow...
Ps:Ibz202x with this no Dancing policy NO WAY! I need some actions BIG CLUBS!!!
I was wondering if solo people from july enjoy ibz as looks like miserable to be in ibz solo, and not meet people  (i ve tried to help some but shouldnt as lost of time, my kindness will kill me ?)
At entrance of bars if solo, u ll be on bottom/waiting list ?, try to book a solo table at Las dalias ?

If you have the choice of going alone, i.e. no family/partner to consider, they I would still go. Ive been many times (as recent as last October) to Ibiza during the quiet and busy seasons solo whilst my other half is away with her friends and have found the peace liberating, long walks along beaches and time to enjoy the peace and quiet etc. The masks/restrictions are the downside but if you stick to lounging around the pool and beach/or remote locations then this should be minimal.

It's looking like a choice between following friends somewhere else (Zante, if Greece aren't on the list by the weekend, which they reckon they'll go through with if they are put on the list after booking) or going alone. Other than that, I have no commitments and have the annual leave already booked so could still go.
My main problem with that is I get a bit bored with nothing to do, I could go visit beaches and that but after a few minutes I've seen it so i'm just alone and bored?. I like the socialising part and the bit where anything can happen at any time which is obviously not going to be there. So for the first time ever I'm finding myself thinking that i hope my mates do book somewhere else rather than Ibiza. It'll give me a chance to go somewhere different and to be honest elsewhere is so cheap right now we can holiday in luxury for absolute peanuts.

They closed access to the Salines car park earlier on at around 1:00pm due to max capacity reached (aforo completo)

Salinas was possibly the busiest I've seen it last Wednesday. Thankfully it wasn't too bad at Sa Trinxa, but people very close elsewhere.

Also a lot busier on PDB Beach last week, especially around Beachouse.

I've found Ibiza to feel MUCH safer than back home in Brighton.

Overall, most people in Ibiza are wearing masks when outside and observing social distancing. Yet in Brighton, I felt anxious as soon as I stepped outside my house, due to people not bothering with any of the guidelines.

Also, with regards to the masks, once seated at a table (in a bar, cafe or restaurant), you can take them off. It's only when walk in / out or going to the toilet that you are expected to wear it. Given that most countries now require masks to be worn, it hasn't been that much of an issue, especially as you don't wear them on the beach, by the pool or whilst exercising.
