ibiza town havent passed anything yet sooooo.....
this winter the most popular one is montana though (last winter it was el faraon, the previous one wine bar) ! !

space resident oscar colorado just said on ibiza sonica that he reckons the club in playa den bossa will open at 12 for the opening party and at 6pm the rest of days!!
what about Matinee??? how can they call it Matinee if it opens in the evening??
Personnaly,i think that it's more intelligent for the Space to do that,They are gonna have a Big promoter by night for sundown and night,from 6 pm To 6 am.(Carl cox on tuesday,Home of la troya on wenesday,danny tenaglia & azuli on thursday,Ministry of sound on friday ...)
But i think,in the week end matinee & We love are gonna have both a noon to 6 am ... that's what i feel!That's not a big deal for we love and matinée are doing that kind of party in Madrid!

let's call it afternee instead of matinee then
for we love this is gonna be a massive blow...no one will be at the club at 6pm unless they only have huge(in quality and quantity) line ups each Sunday...everyone will go to the club around midnight and that means much less tickets and no reason for a we love sundays party to exist as we knew it so far...
as for matinee i guess that it's obvious that they must come up with a new name...

The Diario this morning reported that the Island council is going to propose that the all the clubs will have to close at 6am (as normal) but not open until 4.30pm. However they’ve also suggested that the boroughs can allow the clubs extensions/exemptions if its between May 25th & June 5th and 1st - 15th October. This is obviously trying to get the clubs to extend their season…

so that's why space will open at 12pm on the opening and all the rest at 6pm...however if that is the final proposal i can't see clubs benefiting enough in order to extend their season...

which makes perfect sense after ready this:
the consell wants the clubs to close 10 hours and a half, but encourage them to open from may to october
· the clubs and music bars of ibiza will have to close 10 hours and a half from this summer if the new norm that the consell insular has ready to unify the norms in the different municipalities is approved
· it will force these venues to close from 6am till 4.30pm
· there will be the only one exception to this obligatory times: the town halls will be able to give authorization to open at 12 on the opening and closing parties, only when those happen between may 25th-june 5th and october 1st-15th (so amnesia cant apply
) AND when the activity is daily and permanent from the opening till the closing (so dc10 cant apply )
· low offences will be fined with 600-6.000€, serious offecences with 6.000-60.000€ and the possibility to close it for up to 3 years, very serious offences 60.000-600.000€ and the closing of the venue for up to 3 years
· the 5 mayors are annalizing the document..... the san antonio mayor already said that 6 hours closed would be enough

and since san antonio's mayor doesn't agree with that i think we might have more episodes on this one...
and you know what i just came up with a solution for all this fuss:
if every club gave only one euro or even 50 cents for each ticket that sells for each night to the municipality it belongs,all the mayors would immediately shut their mouths....

sala said that its not his intention to make a frontal opposition to the norm that the consell is preparing, but he was surprised and confussed with the new content
