Yep I work with one of those.
One day moaning "I cant lose any weight"
Then the next admitting she doesn't do a scratch of exercise and scoffing a Ginsters steak & Kidney slice for lunch. EVERY DAY.
That f**kin infuriates me
Trying to get my gf fit and lose a bit of body fat which, even tho i wont admit, has made a quick steady appearance....but then at the end of a tuesday night 'run' says....
'Cooor ive eaten loads today, breakfast, cereal bar, crisps, chips and baguette, another pack of crisps....' at which point i interupted n said 'So that diet plan i said to you has gone out the window'
You need to really wana help yourself to be able to acheiev and do something - it isnt a hard concept to grasp...well clearly it is
