Losing that beer belly in time for Ibiza

Yep I work with one of those.

One day moaning "I cant lose any weight"

Then the next admitting she doesn't do a scratch of exercise and scoffing a Ginsters steak & Kidney slice for lunch. EVERY DAY.

That f**kin infuriates me :evil:

Trying to get my gf fit and lose a bit of body fat which, even tho i wont admit, has made a quick steady appearance....but then at the end of a tuesday night 'run' says....

'Cooor ive eaten loads today, breakfast, cereal bar, crisps, chips and baguette, another pack of crisps....' at which point i interupted n said 'So that diet plan i said to you has gone out the window' :roll:

You need to really wana help yourself to be able to acheiev and do something - it isnt a hard concept to grasp...well clearly it is :spank:

No but thats cos i eat well and exercise which is why its annoying that she can eat pizza/choc/crisps all the time and no exercise at all except getting in and out the car and she is skinnier than me hhmmmmmphh !! :)
 
Unfortunately I have more A than T and no amount of exercise is gonna change that. Liposuction maybe.....but not exercise :lol:
 
Agreed. No point in wishing for Gisele's legs and arse when I've been given a pear shaped ass and erm....sturdy thighs :lol: You just gotta work with what you've got 8)

Some men like a big bum/sturdy thighs. ;) There's a girl at our workplace like that and I don't mind following her down the corridor. :lol:
 
Just checking in. Apart from a slightly messy weekend ive been pretty good. either at the gym (bout an hour) or running (5-7km) 5 days a week.Been doing my version of hiit which is on the treadmill on interval setting,jog at 8.5 runn at 12.5 ,1 min on 1 min off for 15mins + . Think Im at my lightest for some time but got a way to go yet.
Been sticking to more or less the same diet of cereal + banana for breakfast then run/gym. maybe snack on some wafer thin turkey breast when i come back in if im knackerd. Lunch usually some tuna with light mayo , cucumber + carrot (I actually really like it!:oops:) . If I get hungry later I'll have a poached egg or a couple fish fingers. Dinner some sort of meat with vegetables , currently home made curry chicken thighs with courgettes .
I can stick to this no problems I quite like it but im not totally anal about it if im out and about and the only thing to have isnt so healthy im not gona beat myself up about it
