They can wash their own dishes,and pour their own champagne. And if the tourists go home,pissed off with the service they won't be back next year...

Visiting Casita Verde I regularly wash my own dishes. Miss the champagne though.

With lack of staff, I am more concerned about the small businesses.
A bigger group in the back might be able to absorb higher costs, wages and accomodation, with income from other destinations.
