Donald Trump....

I'm guessing, then, any trade deal will be one in which we get done - just be careful what we're selling and at what price.
Yep. Don't think Theresa May possy will be strong enough to negotiate either, will just accept anything that goes.

Trump needs us as much as we need them though so we'll wait and see.

It was more tongue in cheek.

So, we are basing that reason on not having a trade agreement with the US?

Don't forget also as part of a trade deal the US wants their companies full access to run the nhs. Another way private enterprise can skim profits off the cash cow. (I've worked for company that did some work for other companies that provided services to the nhs. Basically all see it as a big trough of tax payers money )

The Sun got the exclusive because Murdoch freaked out about T.May going cold on hard Brexit. Payback time.

what a time to be alive etc

the people protesting him appear to be far left middle class and unwashed ,they raised 30k to float a balloon in the city could that 30k could not have gone towards victims of crime/nhs/the homeless what a waste the protest will do f*** all.

I’d be more worried that it cost us £5m just to police Trump stay here... especially given many Grenfall victims are still homeless ?

The whole whataboutism from dickheads like you is always about "COULD HAVE GONE TO THE HOMELESS" etc...but I can guarantee you're the sort of prick who thinks most of the homeless are there by choice and are on the scam as well. All well and good telling other people where they should be looking but don't stop to question your priorities, no sir.

Aye I've definitely not been on here since.

You don't know me nor speak for me. Wind it in a bit .

Or people who care about the environment, refugees, reproductive rights, combatting Islamophobia and outright lies in the media? Compare these people with the Trump supporters/free Tommy Robinson/alt-right types who went apeshit in London yesterday, attacking folk in a pub, kicking police horses and being a general menace. Their true colours were shown.

Attackng ect, Sorry same goes on with the left and anti fascists but doesn’t get documented as much in the news. They are the same and sometimes worse. Peaceful protests on the right don’t get reported on as much as on the left. All down to left wing media biased.

Loads of people walking around with camera phones that can take footage and upload to youtube. Fact of the matter is the right protest turned violent yesterday - no reports of violence from all the left demos that took place across the uk over the weekend (that I've seen anyway).

Not denying that my friend. There are some real bad eggs on the right and it lets the peaceful protesters down but you can’t deny how the media and the so called left jump on this as soon as it turns sour, rightly so. But it’s all very one sided in my eyes. Maybe not with the protests yesterday but it happens a lot and left violence doesn't always get reported. I’m sure we won’t agree on somethings but I’m also sure we would agree on other things. But what pisses me off is if you have a fair and honest view let’s say for instance on the Islamic faith ( just to clarify I get on with all people of all faiths I don’t discriminate ) I don’t judge anyone I just disagree with many points on Islam and also other faith teachings too, and when this gets mentioned you get called far right and racist and get shut down which is utter bullshit and it winds me up. Or if you agree on any of trumps views or you vote UKIP or whatever you are far right which is bolux. Genuine good people have honest concerns and views on many topics nowadays but fear not being able to say anything without being shutdown by the left or pc brigade and I think that’s wrong, and will create more of these so called “far right demos” and the fringe violence with it unfortunately.

@gutsy What you say is fair enough. I have concerns about religion, and there are issues regarding religion (not just in Islam) that bother me. I do think that the right to live free from other people's religion is as important as the right to religious practice. Trouble is, these Trump types complain about Islam being backwards while at the same time trying to usher in a very backwards version of Christianity - anti reproductive rights, anti gay, anti sex ed, etc. So there's a discussion to be had about all religion in society and keeping it within certain boundaries, while not just picking on Muslims.

Without wanting getting into a right/left debate, it never ceases to amaze me how people can sell their soul and side with the devil just because they might share one or two of the same views.

See it far too often.

"Don't usually agree with what Katie Hopkins says, but I do with this"
Erm, what? So they're a c*** 99% of the time, but the moment they say something you agree with, that's okay... o_O

"Say what you like about Hitler, but he did get those buses running on time"

I'm still waiting to see a name - from any field - of any prominence say Brexit is a good idea.
In terms of public figures, it's all people i'd sooner throw myself out a window if I wound up in the same room as them.
