Nato took a lead on that. At the time, the German constitution forbade it from getting involved in overseas wars. Nato is in decline because nobody wants to foot the bill or even agree on what it is for... so who exactly is going to coordinate future joint efforts without an agreed system ?
 
I put that postcode in what has the EU done for my area.

The EU provided Groundwork West Midlands with £600,308 to fund 50% of this project.
Under Investment Priority 4b, this project addresses the objective of ‘increasing energy efficiency in particular in SMEs including through the implementation of low carbon technologies’ within the Black Country and Greater Birmingham and Solhull LEP areas. SMEs will be recruited to the project and receive an initial onsite carbon audit to identify opportunities to reduce carbon / energy consumption. A tailored action plan will be provided; setting out prioritised recommendations to improve efficiency. A grant will be available to support the implementation of identified actions either through specialist consultancy and/or implementation of suitable equipment.

By the end of this Parliament NHS funding will increase by over £650m a week, a lot more than was wrote on the side of a bus.
And we can look forward to a 2nd term if Momentum’s candidate wins.
