DC-10 will open Monday after the judge has suspended to the closing order the insular director assures that they will resort and remembers that this premises are reincidente C. ROIG the Court of Contencioso-Administrativo number 3 of Palm has suspended the order of closing of discoteca DC-10, reason why this premises will be able to open with normality the next Monday, only day in which is open to the public. In fact, this business already began to publicitar the "reapertura only yesterday". The suspension has been ordered while the administrative contentious resource interposed by the property of the premises is transacted and is conditional upon presentment of a guarantee of 6,000 euros. The arguments used by the judge for this temporary reapertura are based on which we are at the height of the season summer, reason why the closing "generates damages that must be amounted in the dismissed or bpeneficio profit let obtain", or what in these cases "he is preferable" to act of this form by the damages that could suppose "on the customer of the premises and the job of the 60 employees", all it considering that still is not known which will be the final result of the resource. The insular director of the Administration of the State in the Pitiüses, Jose Manuel Bar, explained yesterday that this car will resort in appeal, because "the general interest must prevail over the particular interests". Bar explained that although they accept the resolution, consider that it does not enter at heart of the question, that will be explained more ahead. It remembered in addition that only in the celebration of closing of September of the last year rose to 234 acts by drug apprehension and nine haltings in this premises, whereas in the opening of few weeks ago 95 acts rose and two haltings took place. "they even offered drug to him to the Civil Guard", indicated Bar, that it added that these facts will generate new files. The two closing 2005 inspection motivated in which it was verified "that several people were consuming of well-known form narcotic substances, denouncing to thirteen of them", according to the car. From the DC-10 it was argued before the judge that already has fulfilled the sanction to close during two months, because they did not open between the 2 of October and the 1 of January, reason why is being commited to them to fulfill doubly. The Attorney General - that the Delegation of the Government defends responded that at this time the premises always are closed, reason why try "a law fraud". The judge rejects in this sense the arguments of the DC-10 because she considers that the fulfillment of the sanctions "is not left the will" but that the authorized one to make is the Administration fulfill.

It is with regret that Cream has had to cancel its Opening Party at Amnesia. We offer our sincere apologies to all our customers and partners for such a late decision and any inconvenience caused. Customers who have purchased any advanced tickets will be fully reimbursed by the agency who sold the tickets. Despite having an alternative venue for the party, it was decided to allow Amnesia, our partners for the last 10 years, an opportunity to overturn the authorities decision to close the venue for a month. Unfortunately, any such decision will now not allow the artists to arrive in Ibiza or for our team to suitably promote the event; hence the managment of Cream deciding on such a difficult decision, to cancel the Opening Party. We hope that the matter will be resolved soon and to open the following Thursday on Thursday 28th June, with a star studded line up. More information coming soon. I'm still out here, BecsAmnesia, BoraBora and dc10 ARE DEFINATELYall closed until further notice. I've just returned from Ibiza and from the reports out there none of them will be open any earlier than in a month. Cocoon was moved to Priviledge on Monday and I doubt if Cream will even be on tonight as there's nowhere else to hold it (Monza is on at Privliledge tonight).
DC10 was boarded up when we drove past it and Bora Bora is only open during the day as a beach bar.
As noted above, the dancing at Bora Bora has moved next door to Tahaiti and is going along just fine.
Amnesia opens this weekend and DC10 on Monday!

I've been out here the last 9 days, and the Cream Opening Party was held at Bar M, free entrance.
It was full of people, the only thing was they had to keep the music FAR too quiet.
I wouldn't buy tickets before coming out, coz if you're prepared to leave it until last minute, you can quite often get a real good deal, or even free tickets sometimes.
We have been offered free tickets for Eden, Es Paradis and Pacha, and got the others lots cheaper than the advertised price (Pussycats in San An is always the cheapest).
I fly home in 6 hours, gonna need a holiday after this!!

First of all let me clarify things Wednesday when we put down that Amnesia was open .. well Martin and Danielo told us that ..
therefore we got excited we thought they were reffering that we were having our Opening Party this Wednesday that just passed by.
So we went ahead and put all the dates back on our calender .. then a couple of hours after that happened , Martin and Danielo told us that we were not going to have our Opening that same day.. that they were still waiting news from Court Room Number 3 to decide the date we were going to open.
Don't worry we will open very soon very very soon ! That is 100% CONFIRMED , any day now the judge will give is the permission like i have said it will be SOON.
Please forgive us , for all the confusion this last days : )
