I saw Sasha and Sneak on the Ushuaïa tower roof in 2013 and it was quality. Only time I’ve ever been up there. I remember looking down at the Avicii party at Ushuaia and it looking rammed!

Ushuaia rootop 9th was the place to be along iumag daytime social events with chill out vibes
I miss those IUMAG free events that ended ibz 18 (no more budget? ?)
Drink , ice cream and food for free (5€ donation)
1rst events were at the 1rst floor (Erick Morillo, Eats Everything Pete Tong Alfredo)
then on rooftop 9th (Kerri chandler, Behrouz, Pete Tong Sasha)

Louie Vega, free events at Ushuaia rooftop 9th were pure class too

Ibz19 i went there to say Hello local djs i followed Luis del Villar + Felix Da funk, place was empty ?, i guess it won't be this year as it will be listed among few daytime events ,if ushuaia hotel is opened.
 
Check out the video footage of a luciano gig yesterday in switzerland on his fb. That is surprising and actually quite worrying imo. If this ‚experiment‘ goes well there is little reason for clubs to stay shut. fingers crossed ... I‘d be very uncomfortable at this party.

They don't have choice if they want to save their economy from the crisis
far FAR less money will be earned in ibz this year without nightlife/dancefloors and because of social distancing

  1. Less tourists, Less seasonal workers Less Flights
  2. less opened hotels
  3. less opened restaurants/bars (at limited capacity 1/3? half?)
  4. No more queues for Taxis for sure (more taxis than customers? )
A very Very Quiet/complicated season.

It's not really the year to make money in ibz as there is a lack of Work for sure (See what happen in your country and increase numbers in ibz , i haven't news of my parisian contact djs saying they will be back to ibz this year as previous years, as djs i was wondering how they survive without mix sessions in clubs )
I was wondering wich business will bankrupt ?

I'd be more than happy to go this party, or the gym, or the beach, just like I was happy to send the kid back to school as SOON as we could.

Everything is just such a mess now

Corona cases are not being recorded accurately, media and other sites report incorrect information

Death cases are reported as Corona related even though they may not be

Different countries have different guidelines and processes and tourism will start soon

You can Party as normal in some countries and not others

Some scientists say that the virus not as potent other scientists say that's bull shit.. I honestly don't know what to believe anymore

Over the next few months will be really interesting

as posted above yeah.

re august - it'll depend on the 'new normality' rules to come out this week. can't say any more than that right now. I think everyone is on the safe side not having too big hopes for any big events, but I'm obviously more than happy to be proven wrong.
 
99,999% sure Hï ibz will stay closed August Sept & October, same apply for Pacha ibz otherwise they won't refund my tickets if they had a hope they may open this year, they will wait oct for the refunds if they had hope .

For Usuhuaia they still can use the place as Obeach as chillout places with tables
