Honestly, it would be a great idea. Make the tunnel/bridge festive to build the excitement, combo ticket options....I have ideas, PM me if you're hiring :)

Moving Space to Privelege wouldn't make sense for anyone especially from a $$$ standpoint.

I was hoping they would have followed the hotel route like pacha destino , that could of at least captured the vibe of the past raving during the day . Stayed at destino this year and thought the place was great had a good vibe was very chilled and not to pretentious . Could easily see a similar space hotel working IMO .

This Space hotel was an idea that came very very close to happen, there were even some pilot rooms built in one of the hotels in Playa den Bossa.

HaHa! Before long there will be more demand for baby-sitters than any other type of service currently provided! Maybe Matutes will get their dream of an adult playground and kinder-garden!
 
This makes me sad, very sad indeed.

If space goes, and cocoon leaves amnesia (rumoured) then I don't even know if I'd save up and spend a small fortune to go to ibiza anymore
 
apologies if these are stupid questions, but what exactly is the situation here.

The people who currently run the club do so under a lease, and once they hand that back then the club will potentially change?

Why would the overall owners want to change what seems like winning formula?

Somewhere they can sell more Champagne than San Miguel, and rooms to let at £1000pppw.
 
My view is that some would like ibiza to be as far away from its hedonistic past as possible and getting rid of space will bring it one step further.

True, and it's pretty much the only thing I would go into PDB for. Once it goes I reckon there'll be nothing left there I'd bother to go for especially if they persist in shutting down the better beach club parties. Makes me giggle that people pay what they do to go stay there tbh. It's basically a dump with a handful of trendy over-priced beach clubs at the very South end of the beach, but the rest of it is truly awful - streets full of tack riddled with hawkers, petty crims and a load of walking mugging targets.

Is this the last summer of Space running as it is then?! I thought they had the lease until the end of the 2016 season??!
