In this case it's definitely the whole Space, Ibiza thing (exactly where it is in Ibiza, however much I hate most of the places nearby) not the brand. Little attraction outside of its current location for me and many others I'm sure. You can't export Blue Marlin to Dubai, Pacha to London, Amnesia to Milan or Space to somewhere else on the island and have anything remotely like the experience of the original.

Space doesn't even feel like Space now (if that makes any sense ) a new location would be beyond pointless

amnesia milano is not linked to amnesia ibiza ;)

You are bang on the money there. Using Pacha as an example, I've been to two outside of Ibiza and the only thing they share is the name.

Was never 100% sure about that tbh ! For non-Italians it's an easy conclusion to (incorrectly) draw so in an "International" sense they're probably getting a load of spin-off from the name !

Always feel more comfortable in there than any other club on the island. Combo of layout and attitude compared to all the others. Wonder how long the legacy will prop up the Space brand elsewhere. Like the joke that is http://www.spacemenorca.com/ !Guess it'll all be centered around www.spacemoscow.com !
