Weekend Plans

Need sleep really after a dose of COVID this week but tonight Shen with Franky Wah & Joris Voorn.

Then tomorrow a 9:30am coach to the big smoke to meet up and eat\mooch with the eldest and her boyfriend.

Yeh it was, it actually got stopped early as it was getting a bit dangerous. From 9pm you could feel people were well oiled and just pushing through, but people nearer the front had nowhere to go
 
Done pretty much nothing since being home Friday afternoon. Managed a short jog yesterday and had a couple takeaways/slept a lot and watched some footy. Had delayed episode(s) of the party dreams last night which wern’t fun:spank:
 
sun's out which is nice but an intense week - freelancing is a whole new ball game. at least tax rebate finally came through.

got a freebie for Phoenix gig next week but that's as close to Primavera Sound as we'll get. No great loss..

nearly got into an altercation with a taxi driver at 2am last night after he took us around the houses and charged 28€ for what should've been a 7 min cab ride (15€ tops). absolute wanker. the sooner Bolt and the rest of the apps replace the old metered taxi mafia, the better.

Thinking about the set up, guess that would have been a problem. We didnt make Freight Island, Mrs had too many bottles of Prosecco at the afternoon engagement do. 🙄😁
 
Good week/bad week this week.

Tomorrow, we have the results from partner’s last round of tests which will tell us what treatment route is needed over the next 6 weeks or so.

However, we then fly off to Iceland for her 50th on Friday morning which will be great.

People always comment how expensive Iceland is- they have never been to Blue Marlin etc….!
