I managed to contain myself luckily. Think im working this weekend and kind of hope i am, could do with a weekend off the booze

It's kinda Cornwall meets the tropics in places. Tripping out on there being actual thatched cottages. I realised i'm not cut out for gleaming hotels with infinity pools though. You could be anywhere etc.

Got told today i’ve been laid off so any plans i did have are now knocked on the head including the Ibiza trip in April (or what might of been). Heads absolutley pickled as it was a little out the blue. Got some decisions to make now im sick to the back teeth of working for construction firms who couldn’t give a toss about you

Well I was supposed to have been having a farewell to my team do on Sunday as at the end of the month we’re on to new projects, but today my dog has been a bit poorly so I’ve had to take him to the vet.
Turns out he’s got an infection, but that means he can’t go to the boarder who was supposed to look after him while I enjoyed myself.
So it’s a weekend of looking after a dog who is bouncing round like there’s nothing wrong. I will need vodka, and lots of it

The weekends seem to be flying round! Not sure if that’s a good or bad thing?
Anyway, tonight booze and food infront of the telly with the wood burner going ten to the dozen.
Tomorrow we’re putting down our deposit for the motorhome and filling out details. Maybe lunch out.
Sunday, radio show with all vinyl from me as I’ve been neglecting the wax over the last few months.
