you make some fair points, but specifically re vip in ibz ; you can actually pay yourself into these places regardless of whether you're a scally on the rob or not. So it's less about getting the right people in, and more about simply making more money. A Berghain style entry policy is one thing, and does have merit. But a policy that differentiates between people, simply based on whether they can afford to pay more money, has no place in clubbing.

Call me old fashioned, but words like hierarchy, when we're talking about going to a club to dance, just leave me cold.

We already have VIP areas, I get that they're here to stay, but I just think we should be wary of Hi (back on topic!) bringing even more in.

Really? I meant up the stairs from main room out to the open air bit with a bar and sometimes a dj in the corner.

I don't smoke, but it's good to have somewhere to cool down & chat to random people:)

Oh right , I always thought it was the balcony bit overlooking the main floor.:rolleyes:

Shame access is going to be vip only. Sometimes I feel the whole club should be vip as standard, and you have to pay for access to the "pleb" areas! o_O

Hopefully something decent comes up because so far nothing is screaming out at me to make an appearance there this year! Don't suppose your big Sunday thing is the Sunday at Hi is it?
