yeah I went for a bit. conclusion:

theatre: sound quality better now, they are getting there. main criticism now is that it is so damn hot in there. they need to sort that urgently.

club: wasn't as packed as theatre, but still busy. this time it was the club that didn't sound too great though - reverb because of too much bass.

generally it was very busy again - not surprising for me. people are curious to see the new place, the venue is also considerably smaller than before and last but not least, if presale numbers aren't high enough they simply do wristbands promos and try to get the people in after ushuaïa.
 
Who was playing in each room? Im assuming they had wristbands for this event then.

Hope they get the sound issues sorted out. Thanks for the report

this was the running order for last night
theatre
0-2 housekeeping
2-4 joris
4-end kölsch

club
0-2 bas ibellini
2-4 nic
4-end lawler

yeah they did promo wristbands for both last night as well as black coffee opening. reduced entry, but you had to be in very early - standard tactics really.

you do have an obsession with the closing times don´t you :lol::lol: I don´t know any other forum user that asks so often about that...

I didn´t stay until the end (else I wouldn´t be up already), but I would guess it was 7am...
 
How much different is the terrace layout? That was always my favourite room, even after 2004 when the roof went on and made it a separate room

it is the one room that changed most.
tbh, if I am stood in the theatre, I am still reminded about the discoteca - even though the room design is a lot different, the general layout hasn´t changed. that´s different in the club (ex terraza). you know they changed the direction 90°? booth is where stairs to el salon used to be.

Stivi , do you sleep sometimes ? or just waiting for October to come before having real good night of sleep
 
For info thurs/fri there were discounted tickets about

In the dark was €30 before 2 (some of my mates got €25 before 2 from hotel)
and glitterbox was €25 before 2

In the dark - seemed plenty of room around the edges of both rooms unless you got to the front.

Glitterbox - the theatre was rammed after about 3, gave up with it. Other room with dimitri from Paris was busy but space about if you looked. Particular up on the balcony bit.

Sound seemed alright to me. Bass blows you away tho if you get nearer to the dj box. As expected decent fx and lighting.
