Space Closing 2016

Well Ive booked 1-6 oct this morning so I'm now praying for the 2nd to be confirmed to. At least cocoon closing is on not all is lost if it's not the 2nd.
 
another challenge will be getting a ticket before it sells out.
i do hope they don't over sell it as much as i know they will.
 
Nothing officially confirmed. I would expect now they had opening and now Djs started to confirm that it will be announced in the next week

Echoing the above sentiment.

Haven't been to Ibiza for almost a decade (used to go twice a year) - is it best left as a memory or is the closing worth it?

This won't come cheap and as Ferdi says - it's likely to be a sardine fest which would be miserable.

When are tickets likely to go on sale?

Personally I avoid openings and closings like the plague.. But this one I won't miss as it will be a once in a lifetime experience. I'm also eagerly waiting for the tickets and when I've asked before the replies have been they are likely to come out after the opening and IMS which obviously have happened already! I'm just checking all the time hoping for some news..
 
AFAIK the date is set and they're simply awaiting the permit from the town hall. as you might know for big parties with outdoor floors and such they need a special permit and they want to be 100% sure it's all safe before they announce and start selling tickets. this is no official statement, it's just what I heard last sunday.
 
Stivi do you think there will be a last entry time for space closing? I'm tempted to go for day car park raving leave and chill then come back at say 8/9am for the last hours on the terrace. Down side to this buying 2 tickets but want to be there for the end and might not make it if i go early doors.
 
this is really hard to guess. I honestly don't have the slightest clue. on one hand I think they won't do it because it's the closing but on the other hand I am 100% sure it will be sold out during the night and thus people just might not get in because they have to stop access at some point. currently there are so many uncertainities (what time will it open? what time is it supposed to close? how long will the car park stay open?) and all of them will have an impact on people's plans of attack - I sincerely think we just have to wait until we know a bit more.
 
Yeah that's what I thought to be honest. I think I might just have to get there early and try and lace myself. Whatever happens I know it'll be one to remember, can't wait.
