Ich währ dafür, dass sie mal das Pacha schliessen. Am besten sie schliessen den Flughafen oder die ganzen korrupten Beamten. solche Penna... wir haben hier voll den Besucherflop im Mai und Juni. Die Insel wird immer mehr von fetten, hässlichen Malletouristen und Familien überschwemmt. Von wegen Nobeltourismus... die werden sich wundern... Das war das letzte Jahr für mich....

Wenns wirklich so enden sollte wirds wohl auch mein letztes Mal sein :( Man bekommt immer mehr den Eindruck vermittelt das es langsam aber sicher allmählich (in den kommenden Jahren) stetig bergab gehen wird für "Urlauber" wie wir sie hier sind.

Spanish authorities ordered Ibiza’s DC10 to shut for 57 days last week, after Spain’s central courts decided that the legendary after-hours club should serve out the rest of the ban which they successfully managed to appeal against last season. “I feel like DC10 is the monster of the island, like they hate us,” Circo Loco’s chief Andrea Pelino told Ibiza-Voice, on hearing the news. “I don’t understand why this always happens.”

Ibiza-Voice quoted an unnamed source ‘close to the club’ as suggesting Amnesia is ‘in danger of being shut again as well’ and fiercely condemned the ‘draconian police tactics’. “The decision appears timed to cause maximum havoc to Circo Loco. One-hundred plus security, staff and DJs have been contracted for the summer. Fans and friends have booked their holidays to Ibiza,” the web portal pointed out. “Ibiza needs DC10,” they added. “These aren’t just a couple of local discos, these are world-famous clubs that partiers from Argentina to Asia come specifically to visit. They are part of the lifeblood of the island.”

Ibiza-Voice chief Samuel Guetta chatted to Skrufff about the closure and admitted he’s puzzled by DC10 being singled out. “It’s all very confusing; don’t think any of the other clubs in Ibiza strictly follow the rules,” he pointed out. “Part of the administration wishes to change the image of the island and DC10 is a symbol of Ibiza s free minded parties, that may be why,” he suggested.

Pacha brand director Danny Whittle told Skrufff’s he’s also concerned, for DC10’s employees as much as the club itself. “To be honest, more than the party and more than Ibiza I can’t help thinking about those hundreds of people and families who have employment and rely on that money who may be in trouble,” he concluded. “This is something I think the government really needs to think about seriously.”

“It’s difficult to comment on the legal issues regarding this as we don’t know the full story, in fact, we know non of the story, however, it’s not good to see any of the great clubs on Ibiza closed for any reason and we consider Circo Loco to be an Ibiza institution,” Danny added. “I have to agree with Andrea from Circo Loco in that they did present Ibiza to a whole new crowd and really created a new thing on Ibiza, I for one am very sad that they find themselves in this position. I hope it is resolved very soon,” he said.

Samuel from Ibiza-Voice suggested the wider threat to Ibiza’s club scene is
‘strong- no doubt’ though predicted the clubs’ economic importance could
ultimately save them.
“At the end of the day, the party scene is where the income for Ibiza come from,
if they destroy the clubs then numbers of visitors will drop and politicians
will have to revise their ‘St Tropez Theory’ very soon,” he predicted.

“We should all stand up for DC10 not because it’s about DC10’s individual rights
but for our own vision of what the world should and could be.
The world is becoming more and more conservative every day and
Ibiza is one of the last free thinking spots on earth,” he argued.
“After all, DC10 harms no one, it’s our choice to go or not.
Who should tell you what is good or bad for you?” he added.

das tut ja im herzen weh solch bilder zu sehen.. :cry::cry::cry:

aber icebaer, jedesmal wenn du was neues in den thread schreibst und er wieder oben in der liste steht, bleibt mir immer erstmal kurz das herz stehen vor angst das wieder neue club-schließungen angekündigt werden ... das kann doch nicht normal sein :evil: so weit ist es schon gekommen...

gott sei dank in dem fall nur ein echt gut geschriebener beitrag.....
kann man nicht irgendwo mal ne demo starten?!?! die können doch nicht einfach machen was sie wollen.. :cry: schön zu lesen das wir "fans" vom dc10 nicht die einzigen sind die so denken.....

ziemilch hart formuliert :)
aber wir sind gerade zurückgekommen und in jenem club/hotel wo normal 99% partypeople waren die letzten 7 jahre (und sicher noch weiter zurück - da war ich aber in einer anderen unterkunft) ist das publikum definitiv "anders" geworden...

der altersschnitt ist plötzlich von 20 bis 30 auf 30 bis 50 geschossen (und jetzt sind die maturaklassen auch weg also wo endet das *g*) am strand war auch nix mehr los dank neuer preispolitik 6 euro pro liege und 6 euro der schirm (voriges jahr noch 4,50), sprich es rauft alles um die liegen am pool um 8 uhr morgens wie in einem anständigen pensionistenhotel in gran canaria wo sich die falschen zähne ausgeschlagen werden...

das space war bei uns nur bei la troya richtig voll
im pacha montags konnten die leute ungehindert die treppen rauf runtergehen weil da niemand stand ausser auf der tanzfläche (das gabs überhaupt noch nie)
von den 3 mal 1,5 liter champ.sangria im cafe mambo zu 26 euro das stück wollma ned reden....

dann schliessungen wie DC10 oder androhung amnesia....

wohin geht das ? also bis jetzt hab ich alles unter dem titel "ned so schlimm" eingereiht aber seit heuer ist der kipp-punkt merklich, da schnellt was bergab was jahrelang so schön war für uns

traurig....

ein bekannter (single,28) hat gemeint das er ausser am bora es schwer hatte unter den "etwas sehr dicken" 50 jährigen eine passende zum abfeiern zu finden.... LOL
 
Ist doch schon eigenartig! Da wird doch immer wieder behauptet, dass die Club-Mafia viel Macht auf der Insel haben. Das Clubbesitzer sogar in der Regierung sitzen!

Haben die den keinen Einfluss mehr? Oder machen hier einige einfach auf Panik?

so weit ich informiert bin ist das nur beim space so und denen kann es doch recht sein wenn andere clubs schließen...da haben die noch mehr zulauf, noch mehr kohle!!
ich denke nicht daß das space jemals von einer schließung betroffen wein wird!
so viel einfluss haben die herren...
 
das "böse böse" dc10 wird ja momentan für fast alles (drogen)übel
auf der insel verantwortlich gemacht, weshalb es ja auch mit entsprechender
begründung zugemacht wurde, siehe dazu nochmal die heutige ibiza-sun:

hinter dem el divino gefunden wurde ? ? ?
 
überdosis....! sagt doch alles.....manche checken es halt nicht......und darunter müssen jetzt die "vernünftigen" user und leute, die damit gar nichts zu tun haben leiden......

Ich denke nicht, dass sie Ibiza so schnell endgültig verlassen werden... dazu steckt im DC10 zuviel Herzblut der Verantwortlichen.
Dass sie nun in Barca feiern, zeigt nur, dass sie außerhalb Ibizas auch Parties in anderen Clubs veranstalten... das gab's auch vorher schon. Nur eben nicht so regelmäßig. ;) Soll sicherlich ein Wink mit dem Zaunpfahl sein und außerdem eine Ersatzbefriedigung bieten. :) Außerdem: Wohin mit den Bookings? Alle absagen? Dann doch lieber verlagern. ;)
 
recht haben sie 8) ich würd mir auch nicht die bookings und die laune auf party verderben lassen ;)
