CDM is running with the new terrace.
mambo is in the final works and will open this coming friday (as well with the new wooden terrace).
savannah is already open, with wooden terrace as well. looks all nice i have to say. i'll put on a pic in the next days...

i just hope this promenade won't affect pre parties at mambo

apparently all along the promenade there will be a railing but NO STAIRS TO DESCEND TO THE ROCKS

thats what they told me back in january. as you can see in this recent picture, they changed their mind and the platforms are surrounded by stairs so you can still go down to the rocks:

I'm surprised they haven't put railings along that promenade given it drops onto rocks

do they not have the "where there's blame there's a claim" adverts in Ibiza? How long before someone goes arse over tit off their chair?

Easily argued with contributory negligence especially if there isn't a railing. Just as easily a sober person can fall over it without one say if it's really busy and ppl are pushy or whatnot.

hmmm...why put railings if there are stairs??? if you would put railings there, it would be more difficult to go down to the rocks. and like this, people can still sit on the stairs.

and while we're at it lets put railings at the edge of the rocks to stop people falling into the sea, and turn all the music down in case our hearing is damaged

hmmm...why put railings if there are stairs??? if you would put railings there, it would be more difficult to go down to the rocks. and like this, people can still sit on the stairs.

Just some rope around the sides of the decking, like they used to have at Sugar Sea, would have helped to define the space without blocking access. I think this would have been practical and would have looked much better.

the rope line in this pic was what I was referring to initially some of the other pictures made it look abit precarious with a steep drop with the chairs seemingly close to the edge.

easy tiger just saw that one pic and it looked like a fair drop if a fragile clubber had a stray chair leg over the edge goodnight vienna
