3. I will be investing time and money into Youtube. Previously I would only record on my phone and put minimal effort into editing. This year I will be investing in more hardware and taking much more time out to work on pre and post production. I do actually plan on reviewing clubs in London and there will be more Ibiza vlogs to come only this time of much higher quality. The channel will be an assortment of fitness, clubbing, holidays and my motorbike when I get it this
Isn't tic toc the way to go now ?We picked up a new camera in December for better vlogs! Canon M50 - we love it!
Cool, I imagine that you will take it up a notch while living on the island full time. We are considering posting some vidos showing the small island where we live (we will not appear in the videos). How do subscribers work? People just randomly add you when they watch or do you have to add them, reciprocally?better vlogs!

I am going to add mine in and I have three
1. I now feel it is right for me to make a worthwhile investment and that being to get a second home with the plan on renting it out. I would like to get myself set up for earlier retirement. Getting the second home this year may not be achievable though I have started taking steps to be in a good enough position to do so in the coming years.
2. Get myself another motorbike. I previously had a Yamaha R6 which was a sports bike. I sold a couple of years back but miss it and plan on getting another road bike in the coming months ready for summer.

Have to say I'm the exact same with exercise! Went through 3 years of joining going for a month or two, allowing the payments to keep coming out then finally cancelling halfway through the year. Just decided to not go through it again now. If I was really that bothered I'd just do some HIIT at home, it's not hard and you don't need a gym to get fit!I've yet to (re)join the gym - and to be honest, I'm steering away from doing so. Past form tells me I'd get 3-weeks use before I throw in the towel
Since 2nd January I've cut out all crisps, chocolate/sugary snacks and carbonated soft drinks - the latter of which is a particular vice in summer. Additionally, I've started having breakfast, a meal I've chosen to go without for most of my adolescence and adulthood, on top of having 5-7 portions of fruit and veg a day
Last week I cut out coffee Monday to Friday, although I did give myself a hall pass at the weekend. Back on the wagon again from this morning
From today I'm trying for cold showers - let's see how that goes!
Aside from diet, exercise is still the one I find most difficult to commit to. The best I've managed is one long walk a weekend, which is a minimum considering there are some great trails right on my doorstep
Less than 2-weeks in and I'm already noticing physiological, mental and mood benefits
Isn't tic toc the way to go now ?
I'm scheduled to meet with a personal trainer at the gym for free this Saturday. I'm thinking of cancelling because I have back problems and the trainers typically/inevitably want to "strengthen" the muscles "around" the lower back.It usually results in a flare-up so I don't mess with it. The less I use my back the better I always say...
But anyway, they can possibly help me with my weight loss in ways that don't effect my back. I think it's mostly dietary/metabolic and I go to the gym twice a day most days though only for 16 minutes on the Cybex (Cybex arctrainer… It's an elliptical of sorts). I want help, I just don't want to hear that I need to increase the duration of my workout. But I know that may be the case. Maybe this will be what gets me motivated!![]()
I quit riding when wifey got pregnant with #1, and the bike was only half the size of your R6 (cb250/ nighthawk). Rode 70 miles daily, so it was a real gas $aver.Good plans mate, it’s good to have a vision and things to strive towards ??
But please, be very careful on the bikes. Hate to sound like an old boring c**t or a lecturer. I went through three R6’s in my two wheel time. Bloody great bike by the way.
Wrote the first one off, blew a piston on the second and the third I eventually sold after things started getting a bit out of hand.
Witnessed my cousin lose his life in front of me on a fine sunny day in the Scottish Borders, near St Mary’s loch. Probably one of the worst days of my life and having to make the call to my grandparents to pass the news on from the scene was the worst pain I’ve ever felt.
Inevitably it was going to happy to one of us at some point, we rode around like absolute bell ends as if the roads were our racetracks. Could just as easily have been me that day, and for years I wished it was. He left 2 sons behind.
Stay safe buddy and keep your eyes everywhere ?
I went to la piscina last week in fact. Believe it or not (I realize this will sound weird) I got motion sickness! I think it's because of a combination of goggle-pressure & twisting/turning my head in the water whilst swimming freestyle. I was really excited about adding it to my workout routine too. But yea, the first time (I went a total of twice last week) I noticed after my swim I felt a little woozy for some reason, but I was super excited and didn't think too much of it. The second time I kept having to take off my goggles, was feeling a little short of breath, and had to cut short my swim. By the time I hit the showers I knew... I was sick! Omg... I got home, took some anti-nausea medicine I had leftover from a bout of food-poisoning, and promptly threw up in my trashcan. It was pretty awful for about an hour then gradually began to improve.N
I’m not sure of your full situation, but swimming is great if you can get to a decent pool.
I was forced in to it when recovering from a broken leg.
Got in with all the pensioners at my local pool and they passed on all the little tricks and skills.
Went from splashing around like an idiot to swimming a mile like a pro.
Warning, it gets addictive! Really good for you though ?
