We had the same happening with Woomoon. One call later they confirmed the minimum spend as booked originally with no issues on site. So they stick with their early bird offer as long as you intervene.
Great Party at a great location with no regrets!!

Hernán Cattáneo b2b Nick Warren was as magical as I hoped. They started at 21:00 and ended dead on midnight. Of course, they had the momentum to carry on if they were allowed
Our table was on the rooftop and we got sat right next to both of them. We briefly exchanged hellos before they headed to the stage. Really approachable, down to earth guys
The food was all great: tomahawk with this amazing herby butter (I guess chimmichurri but thicker) and octopus tentacle with sobrasada 👌
And the service was really faultless
Venue also looked great. Strong claim for The Soundgarden to do more events here in future. They been homeless since Km5 closed, but I think it's a great fit
No camera policy not as strict as Ushuaia. You are still allowed to take selfies if you wish. Only the forward-facing camera is stickered. Saw a few people breaking the rule and record some videos but they were quickly stopped by security

If you've got the money for this, you won't be disappointed. Pick the right line-up and do it! You want to be seated on the Main Floor for best experience. Was quiet up top but luckily we did manage to get closer to the action later on

Is the restaurant minimum spend food only? Or can be food and drink ?
 
How’s the covid situation this week ? And any talk of easing back some of the restrictions (night curfew, masks, no dancing in bars) any time soon?

I had loads of problems with the Taxi Click app, got fed up and left my place to walk and there was a taxi with a green light on, not a minute into my walk. They're about, just impossible to book
 
have to second the cova santa revue from steve - was the best evening i've had in ages. cova santa never fails to deliver. such a great vibe in that venue, such a beautiful place with the tables arranged in amphitheatre-style around the djs. and seeing hernan cattaneo and nick warren in this sort of intimate setting was special. 10/10
 
I had a non-working jolly to O Beach yesterday to celebrate some friends getting engaged. Nice, if obvious, music selections from La Discotheque DJs. It definitely drew an older crowd than I've previously seen there. We arrived at 15:45 and until we got into the pool, the heat was pretty unbearable. Six of us huddling in the slim bit of shade our parasol gave. Thank god for the pool though. People stayed in it right until 23:00 as well

We're thinking about it for our trip in a couple of weeks and would definitely fall in to the 'older crowd' bracket! It would never ordinarily be on the agenda but given the circumstances......is there anything more you can add? Tips, general vibe, 'dancing' ??? TIA

General vibe is relaxed. You can dance to your heart's content in the pool! You could probably get away with a spot of isolated dancing by your own bed/table, but it's likely to be shut down if you get too energised/too many of you/goes on too long. Just get in the pool is the solution

My tips are that the food is surprisingly good (both the ceviche and the goats cheese salad were really good). The cocktails can appear poor value for money, because they're so loaded with ice, though, arguably that was needed on a day like yesterday, but better to get a bottle with your minimum spend in any case.

If it's not usually your thing and you identify as "older", then I would suggest to avoid Tuesdays and Fridays and look at Thursdays (IF it stays as WILDCHILD! - so far confirmed until the end of August only) or Saturdays

My friend Sam Bagg (S/A/M) was playing there yesterday. She’s definitely one to watch and catch at Pikes when she plays at Flash (including this Friday).

I was meant to reply to this and forgot. Cheers for the advice. Ended up spending the whole day at the hard rock. Beach club. The sports bar for the footy. And then ended up on the rooftop and had such an amazing day. Not the ibiza I know but was amazing. Next day I managed to get a table at Ushuaia after some bartering. I won’t say the price as we aren’t meant to. But any couples who think they’re being priced out of it try your luck a day or two before. Still weren’t cheap but decent enough for ibiza prices. It was well worth the money spent.

observing Ibiza. The taxi sitch is as mental as I’ve heard it was. Now enjoying my first holiday on formentera. And had an amazing day. Well worth the hungover commute. Back to Ibiza on Thursday and i can’t wait wait. Not the Ibiza We know but so worth getting out here for those who’ve been a bit worried about coming over. Not many British mind but it will prob change when I head over to san an when I get back.
 
What’s the state of buses this year ? Is there no disco bus at all even early evening ? And if I remember from previous years - getting to PDB from San An Is a change at Ibiza town right ?

no discobus AFAIK and yeah, need to change over in i-town if coming from san an and wanting to go to pdb.
 
Okay, we're at Ibiza Rocks for FBS. Even though they are fully booked in hotel and sold out for the event, they are at little more than 10% capacity compared to if they could open normally. Taking that into account, they've done a great job at creating an atmosphere. The pool is the only option if you wanna dance though
 
I so glad people are still having a good time in ibiza this year. I'm seeing mostly all good reviews on here and on fb

But I think I may be priced out of it, especially solo.

Such a pity my flights with 5 of us were cancelled
 
Had some good vibes and tunes up at Destino today courtesy of Andy Baxter. He played by the mini DJ booth by the small pool. Obviously everyone on sunbeds, but you can have a dance underwater as you swim and nobody can see.

While the music isn’t at full volume obviously, its the loudest I’ve heard in a while. It’s just great to hear some great music with the sun beating down. It’s been a long time.
