you pointed your accusing finger to greedy ibicencos (quite ironic coming from somone who works for don abel!) as the cause of the ridiculous price of accommodation... you're intelligent enough to know that path, which you defended in this forum many times, isn't compatible with paying 50.000pts/300e per month for a flat like in the past.

the sooner you accept the fact that path not only has pros but also plenty of cons, the better. expecting that the almost prohibitive cost of renting a flat will go down any decade soon would be silly at this point... it won't happen with this model implemented on the island by people whose only interest in most cases is to just continue milking the cash cow ad infinitum.
