*** ibiza 2018 observations ***

only just found out what sfw means too:confused:
I dont shop at Zara, more a Primark guy

I recommend asos if you want to pay as little as possible annd get very good quality... Most of my stuff is off their site
All the street retailers will end up closing and all items will be on their site eventually

Ive just priced up some hotels for Sept, 4 nights.

One that stands out is Sol House which is 500 for 4 nights, its a 1000 in July!!!

I’ve said elsewhere how much I like Sol House. One thing I’d recommend is the Xtra House Party Room, so you’re guaranteed a sea view. Stupid name though and it’s been renamed this year, I think it’s called Xtra House Frontal Sea View now.

tennis followed by GG in the garden sounds fantastic!

then it's a weird one in the main room, klock followed by henrik and then peggy before konstantin...don't you think it's a little strange order?

... if only Cocoon were still at Amnesia on a Monday that would have been the timetable of dreams. Tennis then GG in the garden, onto the terrace for Honey Dijon and Jackmaster. Taxi to Amnesia and then across to Cocoon for Sven and Roman Flugel. Can you imagine that for one night of music :(
.

Is odd but is it off the back of him playing a house set at circo a few weeks back? Maybe they will ask him not to go all-out again?

Ben Klock in the main room at DC10 doesn't sound like its going to be anything less than all-out techno warfare to me. I would just agree with @stivi it seems strange programming considering who is on after.

strange indeed

For me Ibiza is expensive as you want it to be. Plenty places you can sit and enjoy a cana for a euro 50 with a few tapas and chill.

I don't think the ticket prices or drink prices in clubs have changed dramatically in the last 15 years so if that's what you want to do you know what your going to pay.

Over the years my spend has probably remained similar just on different things. Went from 10 club nights with all the cost that comes with that to 2 but dining out every other night for a family of 4.

The island has and always will be what you want it to be.

P.S. Any set times for labyrinth tonight?

way too many DJs - massive turnoff. in any room there should be a max of 3 - the graveyard shifter, the peaktime detonator, and the second wind/dregs sweeper. approx 2+ hours each. what they're doing in is just trying to cram in as many big names as they can without a thought to how it will all sound. Unless they're all coordinated beforehand, it's going to sound disjointed.

Hitting Bossa at £150 a night min each on a room. Suitcase full of Zara. Doing packet all day and night at Jet. Beds at Ocean. Tables at Mambos. STK. Mixers at Ushuaia. VIP Ibiza Rocks Craig David. Everywhere a taxi

All for the gram
Worst bit about it by far mate is the wardrobe from Zara. Much better when everyone dressed in C&A or Burtons....

Some terrible Tory shouts over the last few pages!! How dare the working classes have a good time hey? Why are you so arsed about what others get up to and why can’t a mechanic blow his wedge the same way as a yacht owner? Strange argument!
