on a curious note, its owner also has la raspa in marina botafoch and sa punta del clodenis in santa eulalia.....



DSI: One Ibiza restaurant?
Oliver Lang (Bora Bora): My favorite Ibiza restaurant hands down is Es Clodenis in San Rafael, the only problem is its closed for this summer. Don’t worry it opens again next year. Rustic food at its best.

according to the latest rumours (and after their talks with certain crazy afterhours and certain big club in san rafael), what's up? is in talks with cova santa to do sunday mornings :!:

on a curious note, this summer the restaurant owned by amnesia will not only have flamenco shows but also djs (already confirmed various dates with ernesto altes and friends).....
