taken from gayibiza's newsletter: ‘Teatro’ is under new management, with Simona resident as always. It reopened 1st May - with a whole new clubbing theme, which after many more years than it is safe to remember, is effectively going ack to its roots, being the DOME of its day.

a little bird told me that, apart from a new bar, they also want to do apartments above. as you can see in this picture taken some hours ago the remaining walls have been demolished too :!:

I was told that the former owner of the restaurant Mezzanotte, an italian guy named MATTEO, died in a plane crash in Colombia, when doing drug smugglings :evil:... Can anybody confirm ?
In fact that restaurant was famous for being crossroad of drugs such as cocaine and even harder.

Since the new opening of this lounge bar (Tia Vala's) I have been there twice and have to tell that the new owners (swiss guys) are friendly and nice.
Last but no least, drinks are excellent and prices are reasonable.
Long drinks at 7 euros are hard to find in Ibiza.
Especially if the contained quantity of alcohol is good :p

I suggest you to go there and try yourselves .

el faraon had the music sealed two weeks ago and it reopens this sunday morning with bruno monteverde (monza) and sosa :!:

on a curious note, this winter its managed by the same people behind the disappeared wine bar (everybody's favourite afterhours last winter).....

after a winter as an afterhours it has turned into the restaurant nelly's :!:
