Getting to/from Ibiza latest info

Has anyone travelled from the UK on a recovery certificate as it does actually state that the Balearics don't accept it from the UK but I have also heard from people that its fine
The gov.uk site states they’ll accept it for 180 day. You’ll be fine I’m sure. (But will update you tomorrow as my husband is using a recovery cert in the morning…I hope)

Was wondering about this too. And is it just travelling from the UK? Or just UK citizens not allowed to use the cert? Confusing

Starting to fret over our connection of only 70 mins in Palma on Thursday night to get to Ibiza on last flight out at 2230 …a friend who is pilot out of the airport thinks it will be too tight … we could be staying in Palma for the night and catching a flight on Friday morning with the extra € stacking up

Ryanair cancelled our flight out in late July. So, instead of us getting to the hotel for lunch and an evening stroll we wouldn’t get to the hotel until 11pm.
Going to call them tonight to try and get the flight a day early. What’s the chance?

Update .. Whizz air delayed and ended up cheaper to book another BA flight to Palma one hour early and we will make our connection …. Touch wood

I think you're able to rebook a cancelled flight for free? Unless they've already allocated you to a new slot, but even still I think you're able to reject that and pick another for no extra cost. Which sounds easy in principle, but who knows with them. Good luck.

Yeah should be able to do this or get a refund. I've got flights booked with them for later next month and they changed the time of the return flight. When you log in to your account it should give you the option of either a refund or accepting any new terms for a revised flight

Cheers. I might need it.
