Saw 'The Vow' with the girls the other week and loved it :D im not into girlie films as such but im sure even some guys will admit its a good watch, better knowing its also based on a true story...

Really ????????????? I watched this and well i dont watch many films in my defence but i thought it was the biggest load of tosh that i had seen in a long time. I think i was almost falling asleep at one point.

Haha yea

Big old softy at heart

I see your fb status on this, quite surprised you thought it was THAT bad

I dont mind that film 8)

It starts out okay, but goes rapidly downhill as soon as he's put in jail. It's main problem is it wants to be taken seriously and has no awareness of just how stupid it is. That final twist/explanation is just horrendous (not to mention nicked from another film). It honestly made me want to start a campaign of terror against the filmmakers. :D

Agreed. Started off with loads of potentially, but rapidly downward spiralled into absurdity.

Safe House - In a word - awful.

No depth or originality in it, story line was each to guess as its been done before

so thats 2 hours of my life i wont see again.

I didn't mind it, formula action movie nothing special.

Yeah thats what the BF said. I think im 'once you seen one, youve seen them all'

Didnt help with the loads of kids laughing and talking literally all the way through the film :spank: I couldnt refrain from tellin to pipe the f**k down tho

Recently saw Act of Valor - great that they used real Navy Seals, cinematography was like the first person view in Playstation. The Artist - thoroughly enjoyed that it was silent, left a lot to the imagination, the dog was cute. Albert Nobbs was enjoyable, thought I'd fall asleep but loved the story; GWDT was as good as the Swedish versions, appreciated that I could enjoy the movie without reading subtitles; Descendants was great, beautiful shots of Hawaii.

You'll be telling people off for bad manners in nightclubs before you know it at this rate ;)

Watched 'A Prophet' last night. Well acted and some very tense/brutal scenes, but was a bit long and over familiar.
