Films....

This weekend watched (rather randomly):

The 2nd X-Files movie - not bad, although Billy Connolly is a bit wtf?

Water Lilies - good French coming of age film, though as a bloke you might wonder whether you should be watching it.
 
Watched 'The Collector' with my sister on saturday night after trying to watch a film called 'The Experiment' but blockbuster are sh*te and the dvd wasnt watchable :evil:

Back to the collector....:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: has to be one of the most horrific films i have seen,preety much a gore fest film, so if u like that kind of stuff,youl be in heaven with this film :lol: cleverly done film tho,typical american gore fest film :eek:
 
Watched the one with Jet Li and Good Fella. The collector is a good gore film. Johnny were you watching the lilies alone?
 
Bought 'Yes Man' on dvd as i love Jim Carrey, started watching it yesterday then realised 10 mins in, id already seen it...didnt mind so much as i got to perv at Bradley Cooper who i didnt realise was in it :lol:

For a Jim Carrey film, it really isnt all that unfortunately :rolleyes:

IMO you cannot beat a bit of Ace Ventura :D

Glad someone else didnt rate it,allthe hype andit was pony...

I knew there was a film i forgot about that i heard was really good and thats it,kick ass :D
 
Cinema night tomoz night and after much discussion, were going to see Uknown with Liam Neeson...

Went to see this last night and the verdict is.....Very good, better than i expected to be honest....

The sort of film that gets you thinking as to how it could turn out etc

Actually no long boring bits, story preety much starts from the start of the film and good bits of action throughout 8)
 
Battle: Los Angeles

Verdict: 7 / 10.

Good film, fast paced. Typical american patriotism film, with the usual twists in all the usual places. CGI was a bit off in places, but the action was too fast paced to notice 95% of the time. Mostly a beautiful film, and an interesting concept. A fun film, I'd recommend going to see it, but not more than once.
 
Cannot wait to watch Limitless, that might have to be another wednesday trip, gotta love orange free ;) esp when the gf has an unlimited card :lol:

Has anyone seen 'Let Me In' ?!
