Had to look this up. Think the problem is this would be played more in the media if it was a white man stabbing 7 ethnic minorities. And this is what creates resentment.
 
Brexit/covid/trump has really shown a lot of people for who they really are and what their morals are.
Before that everyone on here was just a username.
Now I see certain usernames and I sometimes think Jesus I'd never want to meet that person in ibiza (or anywhere)

Yup. antifa = anti facist.

Literally every Allied country in WW2. Standing up against fascism isn't an organization, it's a belief (eg any religion, i,e. people who believe in eqality).

Individual stories vs statistics. Even in an individual story, eye witness reports, etc should help determine if the attack had a racist element. I have no issue accepting an attack is, for example, a terrorist attack on grounds of race or religion if the evidence is there.
 
i feel the divide is there right from the headlines, black man killed by the hands of white officer, Muslim gang involved in biggest drugs bust in history of wherever, group of black teenagers stab pensioner ..racism is pushed from the tabloids in a major way its messed up

Yes I’ve noticed this too.

Seems more prevalent in American press. Everyone appears to have some ethnic tag. Black American, Asian American, Latino etc.

Would it be so hard for them to just write ‘man kills dog’ or ‘woman catches man flu’ etc.

A big emphasis always seams to be put on ethnicity. It’s a fragile subject.

I wonder what they would label me as if I made it into the US press.

‘Irish/Italian Englishman from Newcastle that barely actually sounds English when he speaks and is also a semi alcoholic father of two white skinned blonde girls, that actually look Swedish and additionally talk with a funny accent, visits America to cheer on an old white man that recently won an election against another old white man who is actually orange and also a massive racist’

‘complains that he can’t get a decent cup of tea anywhere in America and he can’t wait to go home and have his butler make him a brew and invite the Queen over for a tea party and maybe some Pimms later while they play croquet on the lawn’

that's it mate it definitely needs addressing and also ? ? my dads side are Italian and my mams are straight up Teesiders so maybe if I made headlines it would be young Don Smog'azini looses court case battle to run an illegal kitchen sesh afters with rule of 6 still in play
