You'll see more anarchy on the streets here in the UK, before you see a sun lounger in Ibiza......
How's that for a depressing post......

5k fine if you go abroad from the 17th May without good reason (UK)....
Can anyone from spotlight HQ give me a temp job this summer?
In fairness Mark Drakefords approach with not rushing things has been consistent so his comments should come as little surprise.Don't you just love a bit of positivity on a Tuesday morning Mark Drakeford says Wales will not be back to normal in 2021 and another Covid wave is inevitable - Wales Online
For a few years I can see it like going back to the 60's; rock up at a "resort" and find just local bars open and nothing touristy apart from the odd stall. Then, of course, there was no alternative - now you will have empty bars, hotels, restaurants, beach cafes - they will gradually find new owners and start to reopen; it's not as if a huge resort needs building up from scratch. If we don't travel at all this summer....our favorite places will not exist next year.
Airlines, tourism, airports and thus whole economies rely on travel. It's not one or the other.
I know it’s the sun and the headline is misleading (i think) but this is where people are getting that info fromi think the 5k fine is if you go on holiday before the 17th may!! although this is likely to be extended
I think US has a higher risk tolerance and values commerce more than UK. We can't afford any more hard lockdowns - the coffers are bare.
Yes, it's something that's been mooted for ages but as usual they took ages to actual put it through parliament. This has zero impact on whether rules will or won't be released.View attachment 11650
This is the actual ammendment to the legislation
That's not how I remember Ibiza,I know it’s the sun and the headline is misleading (i think) but this is where people are getting that info from
Holidays abroad BANNED until July with £5k fine for trying to leave the country
HOLIDAYS abroad for people in England will be BANNED until July with Brits facing the risk of a £5,000 fine for trying to leave the country. Under new Covid laws, which were published by ministers …www.thesun.co.uk
My belly size has probably gone during lockdown from 32-34" to just above 34". Dunno why I'm bothered, no-one's gonna look at me at my age! But the amount of salad I've been eating + the total cut-down in sugar must have helped, not playing hockey/volleyball hasn't.That's not how I remember Ibiza,
but It's long time since I been there ☹
Does look like if you want to go and view a room in Ibiza (or anywhere) with intent to buy/rent you can. (???). Bizarre.
I wouldn't say it's bizarre. It's clear that it's aimed at their ownDoes look like if you want to go and view a room in Ibiza (or anywhere) with intent to buy/rent you can. (???). Bizarre.
