Yeah. Shows what happens when you let the NHS and GPs do their thing instead of setting up private companies for your mates to run and get £££ for ?

Yorkshire is doing really well, so well it has been rumoured they going to divert vaccine supply to London etc so they can catchup ?‍♂️ (but they do have bigger population so to be expected they behind in percentage terms)

I've heard there is already 21m doses in stock in the UK, not sure if that is oxford one & needs putting in vials, or if ready but just waiting for mhra approval.

After that used up, I think supply might be even tighter with more countries approved and wanting supply.

Yeah I read about diversion of supplies too.

Hopefully, the Janssen and Novavax jabs get approved soon too further expanding the number of sources we can aquire doses from.

It's not about what I think or how I value my life.
It's about what we all think, what's normal and common sense.

But if you really want to ask this question then the answer is yes. Young healthy people are worth more than someone at the end of their life.

If two people are drowning....a young person and an old person, who would you safe?

When do you become less valuable? 40? 50? 60? Or is the younger person always the more valuable?

What if the younger person drowning is a murderer and the older person someone who gives a huge amount to society? Or do I not know and have to guess?

So if someone younger and not healthy eg has a learning disability less valuable than someone healthy? What about blind? Deaf? Should I save a healthy person over them?

Now if you said who should get an ICU bed, someone it has a 10% chance of survival and someone has a 50% chance, and beds are limited then I would say 50%

The way you phrase, things like nursing homes being a place you wait to die, come across really badly to me. It might well be a language thing but it's a sentiment I'm not comfortable with

Older people don't matter according to him only young people...f***ing ridiculous who say young healthy people are more valuable and deserve to live more than an older person

Young person and old person are drowning. Young person is a benefits bum who deals a mean line of charlie on the side. Old person in David Attenborough. Who would you save ?

This virus is going to eventually going to mess up someone that you love and then you'll see sense. I'm almost hoping it's you who wins that particular Darwin Award you f***ing idiot

They have one job to get right - the vaccinations. Everything else will be forgotten if they can hit the vaccination targets, chuck the kitchen sink at it, 24/7 jabs. I think people will be ok with restrictions until March, if things can return to some sort of normality in April. But if they bugger up the vaccine roll-out there will be no hiding place....

They can’t get it right though can they! Doing half a job against manufacturers instruction. Why were they they not prepping for the roll out during the past 12 months with centres set up ready to go etc! Instead they blew billions on their mates business interests! This is why folk like me who believe how bad it all is are questioning how to proceed!
