growing concern over Croatia too.. not surprised as we are due to fly out early hours Sunday and that is just about in line with our luck this year??????

Yesterday was the record day with new infections in Croatia from the start of pandemic with 180 new cases.

From today all clubs and bars are allowed to work only until midnight,for next 10 days at least,so I am afraid events what we were looking for are going to be cancelled.

was reading this on my break this morning, gutted looks like gonna be balcony sessions after midnight for us! Croatia and possibly Cyprus are heading toward the red list for UK travellers.. just hope cases start to come down because it has seen similar (not as high) peaks and troughs over last weeks so could drop again with a bit of luck anything over 20 per 10'000 for more than 7 days on the trot will be pulled from the safe list it looks

I blame lidl and Aldi for selling them. Few weeks ago they had some on sale and down here there was 4 call outs in one day with people drifting off..

Great news but please tell me why people don't check the weather before heading out to open sea ? I check at least 4 forecasts including wind, waves and tide before going out on open water on a paddleboard... and I have an emergency inboard electric motor installed in case of difficulties with unexpected wind whipping up especially on a long trip - alongside a GPS, mobile phone and spare battery in dry boxes !
