yes they still say that they believe it'll come - but it might take some time. don't expect it to happen immediately.
Nearly half-way through the fortnight that it's supposed to kake between decisions. Think it's 2 weeks, might be three?

On the news last night it said you couldn't meet in other people's houses...but that pubs and restaurants were still open. Work that one out. Can't help but think it is to try and stop the large ethnic populations in these areas from meeting up in large groups, it's not something that you are hearing on the BBC funnily enough...

It says on news that can still go to pubs but only with your own household ?. Friend of mine was off with some friends to mancs for a mad weekend, but all cancelled now.

Utterly unenforceable though. Those establishments are just gonna do what the supermarkets did with masks and say "it isn't our responsibility". I don't blame them

Preying regional travel corridors open in next few weeks as id rather just go than go through this stress of being ignored by on the beach . I cant see it happening though.

in swiss news they put up a list where they listed where people got infected lately.

1. clubs & bars (303 cases)
2. restaurant indoors (195)

then there's a gap in numbers before it continues

3. from a family member (90)
4. being a health care worker (57)

then there‘s another gap

5. through friends (21)
6. random / spontaneous crowds (17)
7. at work (14)

I suspect, we might go back to lockdown. 220 cases in 24 hours.
And it's not even the week end. National Day is tomorrow.
Lots of parties going on in my area, as I write; boat party (600 ppl), fête nationale (900ppl).

Does 220 cases really justify a lockdown? I guess it depends on your definition of lockdown.

I guess also depends on the trend. If the normal rate is like 10 cases a day and its jumped to 220, then a sign you got a lot of community transmission compared to before. Also due to the lag of getting it and showing signs, the real figure is probably worse.??‍♂️

I also see unfortunately that USA deaths are going up markedly now after a long lag from increasing cases ?
