If you dont pay high DJ fees it's possible to make money with not that much costumers. Bars and clubs are not like restaurants, they dont suffer waste in the products they are selling. Let's hope this crisis will lower DJ fees, so clubbing can come back to it's original roots (less VIP, less over crowded, less snobery, less high price tickets, less high price alcohol, but more true essence of partying, love of techno, meet new girls and, at the end, get laid the following week).I've gotta wonder if opening at low capacity actually burns more cash than staying entirely closed for some of the super sized venues. I also wonder if a place like Ushuaia or Ibiza Rocks might be able to use the balcony rooms to their advantage as built in social distancing / VIP.
