Well if ever I need my depression turning up a notch....
A bit harsh. Just taken a look and it all seemed like a bit of fun and exactly what people want. It’s now had over 700k views so he must have entertained some people! Don’t understand the dislike for Jules on here; there does seem an odd elitist attitude on here now and again about what is essentially music to have fun to.

Back on topic, the general feel in the U.K. seems more encouraging this weekend. I live in central London and KFC and Pret opened over last few days. Once Maccies opens, we’ll know recovery has properly begun!

My major gripe - other than the UK not having any sort of plan - is we are continually told what we can't do...and very little effort being put into making stuff we CAN do. The Big Debate here is can we flaming open fecking garden centres. Whoa...hold me down...

As Basil said, it's not a dream, we're stuck with it....so get stuff organised that we can do safely. There are loads of sports and games that are one v one, non contact and outdoors where there's almost zero chance of catching CV. From golf to bowls to badminton to tennis...even pool and snooker don't normally have players snotting over each other.

Just a bit of effort to release us safely would go down well in these towers.

TBF we've not "suffered" the strict lockdown Spain has. You can go outside. You can even go outside 2 or 3 times a day - you'd be very unlucky to bump into the same copper twice in one day.

so anyone who doesn't share your tastes is an elitist...

hmm, interesting

mainland Sp cops have been blocking roads out of cities stopping or fining middle classes en route to second homes at weekends. massive fines handed out! whereas not really bothering doing people for stepping outside 1km radius exercise zones! impossible to enforce so these are really just loose guidelines they're hoping people will follow. people have generally respected the rules. this data shows Sp leading the way (although whether that is good citizenship or fear of getting busted is open to debate...!)

No not at all. Simply pointing out the type of dance music focused on by most of this forum, is not the be-all and end-all and it might well put off many people posting on here. Just look at the comments on nights like Swag or those EDM parties at Ushuaia; they get an absolute hammering. Those events aren't my thing, but I don’t feel the need to slag them off either, as at the end of the day, they’re just tunes to dance to.

I recommend you do what I (belatedly) did. Stop caring what anyone else thinks

Whose bin dissin' SWAG?

Kinda have to agree with @SeoulSaint about the odd attitude now and then about taste in music or favorite party.
Elrow, probably the biggest brand-residency on the island, perhaps competing with Defected ...got ridiculed here too when I posted some different views on the virus and governments approach. As if tech-house and confetti canons itself infected people with the virus ;)

Swag is more than a night out,it a life style..??

Whoa there...I think people have got the wrong end of the stick r/e my comments about Judge Jules etc!

Probably my fault - what I meant was seeing or listening to anything about Ibiza is depressing me because I AND WE ARE NOT THERE TO ENJOY IT!!! I don't even look at the webcams or even weather in Ibiza now....

It's hard to look at "what you could have won" when the only glimpse of light here might be a day out in Formby in September, when we're allowed. Bloody Formby.

Can anyone rip a DVD of "It's All Gone Pete Tong" for me....???
