I'm not sure to be honest, but the figures in the Switzerland raised in general in the last weeks. It seems that the regulations affect all Basel clubs...

Just downgraded to 100people in all Basel clubs.

define 'best'
The concept of BPM is to have multiply small events in Open Air locations, Beach Bars and Clubs. Some of the locations they used in Portugal in recent years just fit like 200-400 ppl.
So in the current situation that is a plus.
I expect that they will have at least 5 different locations in Malta with parties running from noon till the sunrise.
From all festivals I attended so far, BPM is the closest you can come to an IBIZA weekend.
Furthermore BPM is known for legendary beach parties and has a nice mixed party crowd.
Now add the lineup they have announced and consider there won't be any similar thing happening elsewhere this year.
That probabbly makes it the best event this year.

In my opinion even without Corona, it is already hard for Ibiza to compete with BPM Portugal if you compare lineup and value for the price. If I had to choose, 4 day Ibiza trip or BPM I would probabbly choose BPM.
Only thing missing are the after parties and the world class nightclub setups of Ibiza.

good reply.

I am still very doubtful it'll go ahead though

I agree with that. Could easily be cancelled.
Furthermore I just looked into the details of the event right now and it looks like they might have a different concept for Malta as they write about a festival ground.
So then it really depends on the setup. I probabbly would wait until more details are available before I book anything.

One of the highlights of my clubbing experiences was BPM Mexico 2017. Just great to be on a beach dancing to the music, affordable prices for food and drink.

On my way home from a 24h open air marathon at "Zurück zu den Wurzeln"... they did a great job, plenty of space, desinfaction everywhere, plastic shields at the bar, one way into the dancefloor a second out of it... guess the authorities will give them permission for more dates...
Ah and not Corona related..it was a hell of a party, with the typical berlin crowd...

That looks ridiculous ? like a cattle market without cattle.. did this really go on.. or are you joking? Nobody in their right mind would pay for that.

OH I didn't look at the picture... No I wouldn't party like that either... Looks ridic

Noa Beach, basel club have done it the right way, no stupid squares or circles and enough space so can stand away from each other
Must be a joke ?. What if you are in G12 and your mates are scattered all round.. could be fun as well..
