Funny to see wAFF tried to blag border force at Heathrow that he hadn't been to any red list countries in the last 10 days (he had been in Columbia & Ecuador) - when the system could see on his passport he had - straight into £2k quarantine hotel with no aircon and no bottled water :lol:

Feel for the UK promoters who had booked him for shows this weekend and now probably have to cancel / refund all because of a divvy DJ

Which will be a new concept for Dance music promoters! Usually timings are beyond tight. I was once at Creamfields and Guetta was late for his slot and had to be Police escorted from Liverpool Airport.

Trying to blame his logistics team 😆 as if he didn't know.. I personally don't blame /judge him for doing as he pleases in regards to travel but at least own it
 
Just had an email to say Marco Carola not turning up for Newcastle on Friday as can't get in the country.

Hot Since 82 b2b Enzo Siragusa replacing so at least they've tried to fill the gap. I didn't get tickets anyway!

I think for the forseeable future we need to take examples like this into consideration when buying tickets. it's been said earlier in this thread, there will be lots of times where artist X or Y just can't travel.

for what it's worth, at least you've got clubbing back fully in the UK so don't foam too much over a no-show of one artist eh!!

Agree Stivi. Happy to have any events back.

Hotels are an issue for gigs not near home though, as all of the UK is currently holidaying in the UK prices are massive. Can always just stay up all night of course though 🤪

HS82 was still in the US on Monday so that is surprising but…

Agree , you’d think some DJs would just do it, can understand Marco thinking sod that. But CDW cancelled both U.K. gigs she had this weekend. You’d think after a year out, isolating in a hotel or somewhere for 5 days for a weekend of gigs people have waited for ages for was all part of the game at the moment. Gotta be better then a weekend off and no fees

Krankbrother posting about resale tickets for the Dixon after hours at Village Underground as of 15 minutes ago on IG - they're usually exceptionally good and well organized promoters too so I do have faith that this weekends events go ahead as planned!
