Quite worried about my booking in the Marco Polo in August, does anyone know if either are open/opening?

That's a big surprise for me. The Red Hotel is also a bar/restaurant which seemed to be half full at least every time i went there so would have thought they'd at least open that, unless they are just gonna open that?
 
We live to 300km of Barcelona..... Each years for June & September we take the boat @Barcelona direction Ibiza :-)

Today Barcelona is again confined for 15 days.......

Today we say goodbye to Eivissa '20 for the first summer since 19 years......... We hope next year will be better !

#Missing #IslaBlanca :(
 
As the authorities seem to be leaning towards reducing the clubbing type scene, what are their plans for next year?

Assuming there is a return to some kind of normality (therapies or a vaccine etc), there is going to be a massive pent up demand for people going crazy on holiday. Just imagine huge numbers of young people out to get smashed, west end (as it was) x10.

Of course that is also assuming people still have the funds to do so.

Creative could be stood in a box flying a kite.. these guys will have to try anything to get something going.. definitely would not like to be in their shoes....

Maybe with the likes of Croatia / Malta looking more likely to hold parties this year the younger crowd may actually start latching on to other destinations once they find out they can have a clubbing holiday on potentially a far less budget

Thats only my train of thought going by my kid sisters pals all buzzing about BPM and its almost like they didn't realise there is other places that offer a good time. I think the dynamics could definitely change especially if the clubs remain closed and still no further forward with info of when to open them early on in 2021

Hope the big shop that sell booze cigarettes perfume will open, for my yearly chorizo Alejandro purchase (15-20 pièces? 100€ in chorizo ? better than spreading it in obeach bottle service )

Anyone know if any restaurant open in ibz airport around midnight?
Can Terra?
Burger king? Looks like im gonna have my 1rs junk food dinner since last ibz trip (kfc aug 19)if its the only one opened late ?

True that barely anything open right now in Ibiza airport but was lots going on in stores behind shutters so maybe opening soon. As of yesterday there was an eatery open at either end of departure lounge, simple drinks and sandwiches and a tiny duty free section but selling all you need... cigs, alcohol and perfume etc, but the Ibiza produce shop was open as well.

Reading that article to me reinforces the view they want out with the poor and loud and in with the rich and quiet. To me any rate.

Not sure how venues with 5-10k capacity will look with only few thousand rich and quiet vip table types and none of the loud types to fill in the dancefloor and atmosphere ?‍♂️. I guess this year with tables only will give an idea how it would look and feel.

(Not saying all VIP types don't know how to party of course ?)

of course there are people that want this. but if that would be the case you could go and blast half of the hotels in pdb and san an as the rich will never make up the masses that are missing this year because the clubs are shut.
