Stupid things like this are one of the reasons there won't be much of a season in IBZ.

Difference with Ibiza: All locals punters , name address known in case of infection, club capacity is way higher than the 300 joining the party.
On voluntary basis, an app is also available, in case of virus spread.

True

I told my friends I wasnt going this year and decided to change my mind as I need something to look forward to

Lol you always change your mind

I can try to above clubbing but it's honestly the biggest reason why I go. My plans this year don't have Ibiza in them, but a relaxed trip exploring the island proper (as I always try to every year and fail) woulda been cool. Still, wouldn't be the same with the tourists though. I like the people I meet.

This calls for a 2019 review...

How dare u I am the most decisive person ever! (not) ??

I really was thinking of not going but then realised I have nothing to look forward to and that wud drive me crazy... Plus I am going with my friends for my bday and they all still want to go and would go if I went or not

I have canceled my solo trip for July though

Will you go on hols this year somewhere?

I still stand by what I said and I can still see it panning out like that.

the big question is still what the balearic government will decide regarding events.
No chance Stivi..and quite right. We all love the clubbing but we all need to be sensible. If there is any time for the clubbing community to stand free, it’s now. Peace for all (after my rant!)

The only thing is : Hope that there are some clubs and bars left next year. In Ibz and elsewhere. This year is over. The lausanne and croatia events are not common exceptions , you will not see big clubbing in europe in spain germany , france ...
Hope they find a solution for 2021 : No vaccine or cure : No clubbing. If everything goes wrong : Next year , same problems

the way I see it panning out (**if it happens**) could well be a case of food then drinks at tables in the late bars in the old town and then back to someone's later. probably as good as it gets and tbh not exactly a problem for those of us who were likely to do all that anyway. of course would be a bummer if malanga didn't let us dance (such good fun there last time) hoping paradise lost will be open and pikes of course. those 3 are the holy trinity this year it seems.

my main concern is the small venues could get hopelessly overrun with queues round the block and people simply not getting in

And that Nagai Japanese place has a great little dance floor..

With other countries playing fast and loose with the public's health, I can understand the stance of taking a backseat and watching things play out. Let Croatia and Serbia be the guinea pigs

Exit festival is scheduled for mid August. Should it go ahead, by the end of August we'll know if that was a wise decision or not

It's also obvious to me that Ibiza would get far more heat in the media than Croatia would if things went tits up
