Temperature definitely not back to normal here in Newcastle. Been 17/18 degrees a few days this week which is literally unheard of for this time
Of year. If it wasn’t for a strong wind it would of been t shirt weather. Looks like next week will be the start of winter all be it about a month late (and still not as cold as normal)

We're having a heat very mildwave here in most of the UK, having temps that are more like Barcelona than Barrow. Plenty of spots in full sunshine above 16c. Due to where the high pressure is, bringing in warm sub-tropical air!

That photo - if it wasn't for the beach being part-pebbled, could be Levante (Formentera) looking towards Ibiza in the background. Sometimes my imagination could do with a lie-down...
