Most people who wear vests aren't ****s. But most people who are ****s wear vests.

What happened to that Ibiza where you could be (or in this case wear) whatever you wanted to be without worrying about being judged?
It doesn't matter what you wear but the person under those clothes always does.
What about football tops then? Made for physical exercise and breathable, assume you would wear one to a club or respect anyone who did?
Banned from places due to possibility of rival fans fighting.
What kind of haircuts are people objecting to?
I would rather a room smelling of BO than a room full of guys in vests.
How does someone get annoyed by a haircut?
Are they ok to wear during the day?
It should be about the content of the character, as one profound man said.
There is nothing wrong with the vest - it is afterall an inanimate item of clothing. However, the vest is guilty by association.
The debate that this thread has stirred has exposed the vest as a largely misunderstood creature.
I for one, do occasionally wear a vest, particularly on holiday. However, due to my less than flattering physique, I will largely refrain from wearing one as the sole piece of clothing on my upper body whilst clubbing!
Of course, the vest is used by a wide and diverse group of people, who transcend the spectrum of fashion and acceptability.
Lest we forgot the vest is a common accessory of the middle-aged German tourist, along with sandals & white socks
Of course, I am merely stereotyping again...
It's a shame, but these are dark times for the vest. All too often they go hand-in-hand with roided, coked-up, scene-posing, Joey Essex lookalikes.
As for the cap, I can take it or leave it.
But you're right, those haircuts are EFF-ing awful! Who decided they look good? Rubbish.

I wear dri-fit tshirts under a collared shirt to wick away mosture. I sometime take off the collared shirt if I'm really hot and sweaty.
I can't quite believe that the topic of 'vests' has generated 3 pages of discussion. Impressive.
Deal. You will never see me take my shirt off!I wear dri-fit too most places .. but one day maybe I'll get to take you to a seriously sweaty rave. I'll be there with a stopwatch to see how long you hold out before finally throwing caution to the wind and going topless like everone else - it'll be a 'photos forbidden' venue by the way so you'll have nothing to worry about as far as YouTube is concerned
I personally dont like the high semi-flat top a like eighties numbers being worn. That with a vest and cap makes me dry boke.
