I'm not. I'm not even up all night to change nappies. The boy's sleeping right through.

Pharell Williams is 40, though he doesn't look it. Nile Rodgers is 60. Daft Punk are....?

was discussing this today with a mate, both of us agree, the song is poor.
pharrell's vocal is laughable and its a really limp disco tune.

expecting a lot better from daft punk.

I first felt the same to be honest. But the groove sticks with ya and I am now comparing it to around the world.

It's a happy groovy tune.

I am enjoying it :-/)

but I can certainly see where your coming from. Not exactly what I expect from daft punk

limp disco tune? .... I just think it is ok.. kind of like a filler disco tune.
 
Limp disco tune? Not at all! It's a pop song and it keeps sounding better. It's better than anything else you'll hear in the Pop charts. Will it be the best track on the album? As if!
 
Yeah it is quite a chillin tune as you say, a lot of Daft Punks tunes are chilled. I love it and can't wait for the rest :D

'fraid it just sounds like more of the same to me - couldn't tell you whether it was new or old DP. Pretty inoffensive background choon but nothing groundbreaking. I've heard worse Daft Punk I guess and it's far better commercial electronic music than Avicii, SHM or Skrillex ! Must be great to be able to come back & trot out more of the same old stuff and get a No. 1 in all those countries years later. Perhaps Sr. Urgell was right when he said electronic music hadn't progressed at all in all that time :idea: :lol:.
