17 hours of hard work done this weekend. Now im lying horizontally for the next 12 hours then get up to do it all again (all be it i never work as hard for the company through the week as i do for myself on a weekend🤣)

Suppose being knackered off work is a bit better than being on a nasty comedown! Every cloud…
 
The weather has been rather bad over here (west coast of Norway). All roads between east and west Norway have at times been closed.

It doesn't stop people from outdoor craziness. I saw two groups of people out swimming (without wetsuits) in the harbour this weekend. I can confirm there were screams. I wish I was that lucky. Instead I had to so my bi-annual trip to the massive shopping center just outside of town.

I tried to buy some trousers, but men's stores don't do my size anymore. You're not supposed to have a 31 inch waist and 34 inch length. I now have to buy my clothes in shops selling clothes for skinny teenagers. :rolleyes:

No partying or alcohol this weekend. But it's now only 6 weeks until I escape to Greece and start to thaw after the winter.

Wife’s gone to France to see her Mum so it’s me and Marley the dog.
So a bit of Bandcamp action followed by lasagne, early 90s Top of the Pops on BBC4 and The Beastie Boys documentary on Apple TV to finish my night off. Accompanied by a few beers.
Tomorrow not too long lay in. Sort the house out, wash the wife’s car, but of food shopping, visit mum and Dad. Then spend the afternoon putting together a new mix . Might treat myself to a chippy tea and watch the Sterns documentary. Beer and stuff.
Sunday, drive to Luton airport to collect wife . Dog walk and Sunday roast.
 
Graft in the morning then going to the match later on. Being a good lad though few pints beforehand then home after…next weekend is gunna be HEAVY & EXPENSIVE
 
Was looking forward to this weekend, I work 2 out 3. Had the house to ourselves but was also due to go to a local field kitchen for a meal last night. Saturday was finishing off some glossing at my daughters flat followed by a Tesco Clubcard Voucher Pizza Express “cheapy”. Sunday maybe a few guest ales in town as part of a dog walk. Absolute stinker of a cold been coming on me since Wednesday, hit its peak last night so I’ve cancelled everything. I’m sick of catching this stuff going around, pretty damn fed up in all honesty
