It was a respectable result against a full strength Argentine side. Agudelo bears watching he played well the last 3 internationals.
 
The jeering during the national anthems of both England and Wales was sad. This is not a normal thing is it? I have not seen it before, that I can recall.

It happens in most places, maybe not as clearly as yesterday, but I'd say you get it in many international matches.

I guess the rivalry between the home countries always makes this worse.

I'm not that fussed about it, not sure why people take it so personally.

Despite understanding the history of it in England, I still find this whole debate quite amusing.

In this day and age, there is no excuse for a major stadium not being all-seater. It IS a matter of safety.

It seems to be a wales thing (thats from a fan). I go to the rugby in cardiff a couple of times a year & the crowd there boo the kickers which is the ultimate of bad form in my thin book or morals. This does not happen at other grounds. Perhaps a product of the amount of kids in there to fill it up.
 
How annoying was Wilkins? Stay on your feet, keep the ball, Spurs didn't deserve that, the referee is having an excellent game, that was a terrible decision by the referee!

Be fair to Spurs they had a good run and went alot longer than anyone thought they would. They did liven things up having a new face in amongst the old chums brigade.

Still, I did treat myself to a slice of gateaux when the 4th went in.

Yes... it was Real v Spurs in the Champions League. You might remember it... it's this European club competition.... your team used to win it on occasion but now it's probably a distant memory ;)
