Amazing goal from Rose and superb ball from Defoe for the Bale goal. The mercurial Gomes kept us in it brilliantly at the end.
Our defence was fantastic (they needed to be), especially the imperious as ever Ledley King. Truly one of the best centre backs in the country when he plays. Modric quality too, am constantly impressed by the way he can gain himself half a yard from nothing. Kaboul and Dawson got stuck in brilliantly, as did the rock Michael Dawson, although we have come to expect nothing less from him.
Huddlestone was solid as the holding midfielder, and Pavlyachenko impressed as the deep forward. Gudjohnsen and Bentley got straight up to speed when they came on and both looked dangerous in attack. Going forward we looked very good at times, and Arse looked shaky to say the least, we only lacked the finishing touch on several occasions, Defoe's lacklustre game completely forgiven with one pass!
Arsenal looked to be carrying several players, Rosicky was completely inneffectual, and Bendtner looks like a permanently confused teenager who is bemused to be playing in a Premiership game. Nasri was the most dangerous gooner for the 90mins, that boy is world class, and Walcott showed flashes of what he is capable of, but was ultimately as inconsistent as always. Van Persie very nearly changed the whole game in 20mins, Holland will be hoping he is fully fit for the World Cup, a truly game-changing player whenever he is on the pitch.
Overall Spurs definitely deserved the win and i'm a very happy camper, all we need now is for Utd to beat City and us to beat Chelsea on Saturday - easy!![Smile :) :)](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f642.png)
