don't think i can remember a game where
a) the game has swung one way then the other then back again to such extremes
b) i've seen united defend so deep and have their backs against the walls so much.
thing is, the other team nearly always scores in the those circumstances (except chelsea at anfield 2005

Agree on both points. I thought Bayern looked likely to score again even against 11 men. Seemed inevitable after the sending off.
Big mistake playing Rooney. He looked immobile by halftime.
