The footy !!

Pipe down over there.

You've still got Mr Golf Club in your squad :spank:

Ok so he's got a temper but he has never:

Shagged a teammates missus
Repeatedly cheated on one of the UK's most revered celebrities
bragged in a book about how much he earns

and he isnt gary neville!!!

Clearly I ate too much Easter egg at the weekend...

Olly & JJ (gulp), I agree 100%

I hope Neville breaks his leg scoring an own goal in injury time on the last day and whilst on a stretcher in the tunnel gets twatted by the base of the cup as the soldiers take it out of the stadium en-route to the Arsenal game...

blah blah...on a stretcher in the tunnel gets twatted by the base of the cup as the soldiers take it out of the stadium en-route to the Arsenal game...[/QUOTE]

lets hope its not this poor soldier !!!

"A soldier wounded in Afghanistan could lose out on a £25,000 insurance payout because he carried the Carling Cup on to the pitch at Wembley.
Private Dave Tatlock, 20, of 2 Para, carried the trophy out before the game between Manchester United and Aston Villa in February, two years after he was hit by shrapnel. He said that, after seeing him walking on to the pitch, the insurance company Abacus is reviewing the payout he was due to receive.
Kevan Jones, the Veterans Minister, attacked what he called a “crass decision” and an “absolute disgrace” but the company could not be contacted for comment."

tonight!!!!!!!

seeing as both sides are missing key defenders, this could well have a rugby scoreline...

Sol Campbell v Messi :lol::lol::lol:[/QUOTE
Surely he aint going to play Campbell? Cricket score if so. I'd play pat rice instead.

Campbell against most pemiership teams that can't stretch them will work - not against barca tho.

United looked tired. Likes of Cole, fresh as a daisy V scholes etc was not a fair contest, like me and my mates playing mosside teenagers at the walley range vida. Chelsea for the league me thinks. P'raps even before the

Does no one say to Berbatov, look just move around a bit?

not the best result for Spurs on sat... not at least down to our bare bones as a squad too.

hopefully should get a few back for the next league game.

Small mercy that the arse have just as many players missing too.

will still make 4th i think... just... but will still finish above the scousers...

If your mob don't finish above us this year Chewie, you'll never get a better chance fella.

We have been shockingly **** on more than a few occasions..

Just got back from watching the match down at the pub. Messi was mighty.

Was at the stadium for CSKA v Inter earlier. Jose's men weren't too troubled once they scored at the beginning (although CSKA had a couple of good chances before Odiah was sent off).

Looking forward to Inter v Barca. I pick Inter to progress

missed quite a lot of it because squash overran and then my computer stream kept buffering :x

in the end a much easier victory than I expected.

props to Arsenal tho

next stop  El Clasico

and then  El Special One

if I can get through those with heart pressure intact, will be a delighted man.

Only caught the second half of because football training. Messi won on his own?

I had to make do with dodgy internet to view it, it basically looked like he did. I mean to score 4 8O Wenger said he was unplayable.

I'm really quite happy he's on fire as it means shrek probably wont get world fotballer of the year

Obviously your second team now due to José and all that, but I really cant see another team winning it other than Barça. And the fact it's in the Bernabeu will give them even more hunger to win it

Not at all. In fact, still bitter about them knocking us out! (although, to be honest, deep down I expected that as soon as we drew them)

I just think Jose and co. are focused on it this year. Unlike Arsenal, Inter are the kind of team that can shut Barca down - hurry them on the ball, close the space, etc. That strategy has been shown to work, but it requires a lot of energy and concentration. Inter have the capacity to be the anti-Barca.

But it'll all depend on who is up for it on the day... Messi like yesterday is nearly unplayable. Inter like they played in the 2nd leg v Chelsea were also pretty unstoppable.

Is that Sunday night? Will be watching if so!

Saturday night, 10pm spanish time ;)

Not sure about El Clásico... might be a legenday night like last year (2-6 and I as stuck in a english countryside pub watching it in english, not exactly the same than being home :?) or might be a hard, ugly game like the first leg (1-0 I think), but my bet is that it will be hard and dirty, Madrid after being elimianted from the Cup () and Champions League () is totally focused on the league and actually I wouldn't be surprised if they win the league.

Anyway, Messi is not human, Messi is a PlayStation player and only if you see his moves in slow-motion you could realise how ****ing good he is.

Ah! And having wet dreams of winning the Champions at Madrid, wouldn't be that beautiful?
