the 2 times i saw him in ibiza was nice Iumag daytime parties & After party Cox 2016 & his set was better than the big man as putting some House flavors in his mix, if Tales of us is boring how can u rate the other boring djs such as solomun hawtin Hs82, Nic fanciulli, luciano & so on :D

it 's just boring music whether genre , as long as i am concerned with feedbacks from parties i 've attended in ibiza ...as Moodyman say u got the good shit & bad shit :cool:

And tons of people think the stuff you like are boring. Hate when people call DJ so and so boring. Maybe you were boring that night and not the DJ?
 
i dont think so, a french girl who live in ibz(her family own a nice villa in santa eulalia in a place guarda civil watch after 3 decades ago i forgot the name of residency where steven spielberg live) b4 pacha exist told me yesterday, i had great music in my car, i will give u an usb card to get all these kickin tracks (my selection was far better than the one at the party we attend even it was nice music but not as kicking along my taste),such as all people that join my ibz rides i m not claiming to have perfect taste just

each to their own, but i m laughin at sheeps that dont have point of view because its a big name Dj...:rolleyes: or because too much drogas altering their brain, that u can put whatever drilling/chainsaw noises at the party they will enjoy it:lol:

what if someone genuinely likes tale of us? not because of them being big names and neither because of drugs taken? to me it seems that just because you think they're boring, everyone that doesn't agree with your opinion is wrong? electronic dance music is much broader than just the classic house you like so much.
 
i ve just noticed along mates that enjoy my definition of boring music, do drugs..its only my statistics.
im not only into House classics, few techno made by great dj such as Derrick May one djs that didnt bore me at rex club paris(apollonia bored me like hell) as he got same definition as me introducing darbuka samples(it s not the reason but only coincidence) in his mix :lol: & putting one favourite tribal house this day pete tha zouk-enchantments ..some Tech House too
im not afraid to tell that Cox nightime parties ive seen ibz are quiet boring ,even great for daytime...
i m just thinking, because of drugs, people will enjoy whatever noise :lol:
i had this dicussion with House djs that dont do drugs & they think the same
so i guess there is the Drug team & No drug team , choose ur side :p even 90% do drugs but wont shout it to the world :D:D

I think you need to give it a wrap with all this Drugs talk.

I am a massive Carl Cox fan. Never taken any drugs in 25 years of clubbing. I seen him numerous times and can only think of 1 gig where I would ever class him as boring and that was at Keele University in England.

I don't deny your opinion because if you seen him in Ibiza and thought he was boring then that is fair play to you.

But think you need really to stop talking about drugs and it effecting perception of boring it comes across as very judgemental.

Kinda agree, what if swapped word drugs with alcohol?

My first 3 times in ibiza did all completely sober... then I found vodka :eek::D
 
by quiet boring , i mean at space it could me more euphoric, his set at benimussa was far better but he is not in my definition of kicking music ...my best Carl Cox experience was at mambo cafe end 90's :cool:
back to the topic, u got the exmaple of Hi opening , average people will be glad for the big names, i dont on the whole ( i will have a listen) & will support the djs on the bottom lineup..
 
I don't do drugs, I am a deep house DJ but I have very eclectic tastes in various musical genres.

And I enjoy Solomun, Hawtin, Luciano, Carola...

Everyone his own opinion... If you don't like it, don't do it... And do not start bashing what you don't like in every post.
 
u may be among exceptions, but for the parties i ve attend in ibz it's a lot of fuzz for nothing & i m not the kind of guy being politicaly correct sayin what im thinking
Fo destino opening i guess i will go there very early & may leave when Luciano took the decks :Das place is rammy too after sunset

Can't wait for Hi opening, a little pricey as with space u got 1-2 drinks tix & give up the drug talkin,g otherwise, we will spot all that little bad boys/girls :D that do little bad things in this board,Hehé-héHé aHaHA!!:lol:
