I lived in the UK and mainland Spain. The drinks in Spain have more alcohol because of the free pour than in the UK by a long shot. In the UK I could be broke before I'm pissed The Spanish pour is more generous and if you are nice visit the same bars while you are in Ibiza they will give you even more alcohol.

So,

568ml (1 pint) x 0.03636364 = 20.65E a pint.

I would say that the alcohol unit price would be less with the spirit and mixer

Pint of 5.2% lager = 3 units - Price per unit = 6.88E

Triple 40% Spirit and mixer = 2.8 units - Price per unit (at 15E per drink) = 5.35E

Pint more expensive per unit.
