So are these places gonna get their licenses straightened out by next year or is that not even a possibility?

san josep´s major tries to stop next announced party at MAR Y SAL this friday:

"...
The mayor hopes to avoid the party announced Friday
at the Parque de ses Salines

Marí Ribas argues that it can not act until it is concluded, but try to discourage property

The mayor of Sant Josep, Josep Marí Ribas, Agustinet, trust prevent the party announced Friday at the hostel Sea and Salt, the Naural Parque de ses Salines, with DJs from the 15 hours until midnight is held ( the party is expected to continue at a club in Sant Rafel).
"I hope I can stop it, what happens is that we have instruments for preventive action. It is a problem, "he said, referring to the fact that until the party is held, no illegality occurs.
He also acknowledged that forcing the suspension of the soiree once already begun is "much worse and complicated."
Marí Ribas recalled that the new Tourism Act allows complementary activities to the principal, in this case the amenización of the restaurant, which, in his view, is "a mistake, but is allowed."
"Some cling to this to put on a show of these 'said the mayor, who pointed out that in this case," not permitted capacity would be fulfilled "and therefore can not hold, even in the Natural Park . "It is the first a bit big [in the protected space] you want to organize. Try to dissuade owners who do not but it will be difficult, "the mayor insisted.

The Grup d'Estudis of Naturalesa (GEN) ad warned party last weekend and told through social networks yesterday formally inform the City Council that, four days ahead, had "sufficient time" to prevent the meeting.

'Fear' season finale
The mayor acknowledges having "very afraid" that after having taken "relatively well" this summer to control this kind of annoying, "the season finale run wild."
He insists that "can not be predicted" these situations in advance, so it is "difficult" to approach and reiterates, "very difficult to stop it when it is already underway."

Marí Ribas says, for example, that last weekend there were many complaints from neighbors of Sant Jordi noise and local police worked enough in removing stereos in "different places".

take a look at the flyer ...(according to GEN) possible candidate for next party which gets denounced:

"...
We nearly didn’t make it to Ibiza this year, but when we got the call to come and help celebrate Maceo Plex’s new album at a very special location, we couldn’t resist.

Maceo Plex should need little introduction by now, as over the last few years he’s effectively conquered the electronic music world, and as his last season was one of our most popular to date. To celebrate the release of his forthcoming second LP ‘Solar’ on his own label Elllum, he’s invited us and some friends to a secret location on Ibiza, which has never before been used for events.

the GEN suspects it will happen inside the cave at CS... keeping in mind it doesn't have emergency exits (reason why it can't be open to the public), it would be taking stupidity to the next level!

This guy is a moron.

lol I didn't even know I replied to this thread. I'm pretty sure I only read the last sentence about afterhours, which I think is a pretty questionable statement. Maybe something got lost in translation.
