in theory from now coastline cafe/sunseabar/kanya/kasbah/golden buddha will be busier, while in the past some nights these places were ridiculously quiet as most people stayed down here --->

errrrr.........what/where is golden buddha??

erm, it opened in 2003.....

Wow, great pics again,

I am really am surprised how they managed to build that stretch from ses coves blanques (spelling?), never thought that path was wide enough, I assume they will be putting railings down one side as the drop is quite precarious.

dont suppose there are any pics of how they are doing around calas de moro, particulary around coastline?

looks like there will a lot less space for the 'fire eaters' and other after sun set entertainers, will be interesting to see how it progresses and hopefully it will be finished when i go there in June

who is the guy with the sun glasses....the mayor?, looks like an elton john look a like

Does this mean we can now walk round the coast instead of taking a detour through savanahs?

I'll miss that climb through the dog ****.

I hope the promenade doesn't detract from the people watching experience. Nothing better than having a bite to eat and watching the world pass by your table.

I'm amazed they haven't started building a golf course up to now, but I can only think there are fairly tight restrictions in that sort of thing. Really going 5 star now aren't they?

More fab photos from mr McReporter, at first i was against the whole scheme but I can now kind of see how it will link the town to the outlying coves together. It will be interesting to see how they construct the bit next to coastline that runs past the apartment block just before coastline when coming from mambos, the one thats right on the edge of the cliff! From my memory there seemed to be only a few feet (and some steps) from this block to the edge.
