agree not the best venue tbh where is now since the arches closed- SWG3 is okay but the majority of nights/line have been poor bar a few ones. Subclub can be good depending who's playing- Maceo Plex is due to play summer time
 
Privilege is an amazing club when it's packed and kicking. Line up looks decent, bit of old, bit of new. Sun coming up in Vista Club after all night on the dancefloor is one of the best experiences you can get in an Ibizan club I reckon. Very fond memories of Manumission. Carl Cox the 3 Deck Wizard ;) still top of his game, what's not to like

If you're not a Carl Cox fan - and there are plenty who aren't which is fine - then this event was neverrrrrrrr going to be for you.

But if you are, then it is. Really simple.

(P.S. i agree he proper milked last year and pulled the wool over ppl's eyes to a certain degree. But, heyho)
 
the best place to See cox in in a small place such as boat party, private party, or beach bar such as Sands, no more Cox bday on july 31th as b4?
ps:Benimussa is quiet fine but in a big clubs overrammy sweaty , NO WAY!!!! i did it at space(i was just planning to drop the boys at space) aug 16 to please mates, & the main one was sleepy that day at 2.00 am, we left him in the flat :spank:

Hmmm. Not sure I necessarily agree. You will no doubt get 2 very different Carl Cox experiences Sands vs Privilege.

Many people love those soul, funk & disco sets - me included. But a great deal wouldn't appreciate them, and will be after the big spectacle with pumping house and tech.
 
I hate it when ppl say they prefer seeing a DJ at a private party in their spare bedroom with just them and their 3 best friends in attendance.

just i dont like to spread 50€ to be packed like sardins & no place to dance, simple as that.
Maybe cox get "dusted" but Eats everuthing mix was far better than him at Benimussa park ,Cox afterparty :p

i never like cox , discovering him through his cds i got ,when i was a cd dealer & never like his cds , saw him in Paris 2000 & didnt like it very much

with parties attended in ibz last years, it didnt change my minds ...
i'm not into big names...except David Morales, Louie Vega,Erick Morillo otherwise im more into underrated Djs, whatever i wont be in ibz mid july 2017

I don't where people getting the idea that Carl Cox tried to pull the wool over anybody's eyes.

I went to the revolution opening and the Space closing party last year. At no point was thinking that is it Coxy is done with Ibiza.

It was clear to me and others that it was just the end of Space and therefore the revolution.

Even last year I had no issue finding space to dance at either party.

Seems to be some haters on here.

I been a fully paid up and qualified sheep for 25 years.

His rhetoric regarding Pepe has been shown to be pretty much lies. That is what my post was in reference to.

I agree with you he never mentioned retiring and only said he was ending his weekly residency (though, you can understand why some ppl are a bit perplexed - the sensationalist media coverage has not helped)
 
Sometimes when artist are not good as they used to be, u have to admit it, i got many examples with rock stars i was very keen & now not afraid to say , they do shit!
People on the whole, are often blind as so addictive/fan for a Dj/rock star, so they always support, whatever shit mix they can do, i'm not, i'm going with my feelings & dont care about other may think, its not because its a pionner/God for u, that we can't criticize his music whitout being told as a newbie/ignorant?

keep it easy man & if u are talking about racism, my uae mate told me when he was supposed to meet uk bloke in ibz; he told me they gave up the meeetup.
i told him maybe,they are not used to see middle east people as me :lol:

better attending cox set than Axwell or other EDM djs :D (im teasing u , guys, keep calm cox wont dye yet :lol:)
